We were helped by Jeremy Zheng. He provided honest to goodness advises in buying our first car in Singapore. He was more than a car salesperson but a trusted counsellor to us on anything about cars - from the sales process to government procedures, and every little thing about taking care of our new car. As one can imagine, buying a car in Singapore, especially for the first time, could be very overwhelming and scary. There were many things we had to learn while looking for the best car that suits our needs and budget. Throughout it all Jeremy was very patient sharing his wisdom and expertise with us. Never have we felt he was just helping us because he was just doing his work. Instead, it felt like he was one of us buyers, because his priority was to ensure the things which were important to us were taken care of. He was thinking of our requirements all along and he guided us accordingly. We have been very blessed to have bought our car with such diligent and extra-miler car salesperson. I have a very bad experience with Jack Car. please purchase the car with them carefully. i have just purchase a porsche with them, and they promise to repair the faulty car with oil leakage, when during hand over the car has done zero repair. the car was inspected by STA and 2nd inspection was done and notice car is not repair. This case has already bring up to legal and we are claiming jack cars for the lost. so please consider properly before selecting the right company to work with.

Chance upon a Chevrolet that I liked and decided to make an appointment just to test drive and see if it suits me. Had the opportunity to meet Jeremy Zheng, our car dealer. Jeremy explained the whole condition of the car to me in details as much as he could, without leaving out details. He is honest and straight forward, gives the best advices and does not hide the truth. He was being realistic throughout and I appreciate that he cared about buyer’s feeling and thoughts. No hard selling from him and pressure from him too. The whole process was just him checking if I really did like the car, if not there is always another choice. The mid-sale service was fantastic too. Even after depositing and waiting for my car to be ready, Jeremy constantly kept me updated on the processes and helped me with all the loan and insurance issues. He kept my job as easy as just choosing from a few insurance company to just accepting the invite for a loan. There was quite a lot of administrative work but because Jeremy did most of it for me, it became really hassle free. The post sales service was fantastic too. Constantly guiding me and educating me about car market and things to look out for. Overall I had a good experience with Jack car and of course, Jeremy Zheng. 👍 will definitely return to find him and purchase my next car!

1 month back i was browsing around for 2nd hand and new cars at Automobile Megamart. I pass by Jack Cars and Darryl came out and had a friendly chst with me. Back then COE was very high for Cat A. But Darryl wasnt pushy and asked me what am i looking for and whats my budget and how many members are there in my family so that he ca gauge a suitable car for me. Show me around for half an hour before i went for appointment at one of the shop at Level 2. He gave me his namecard and told me to slowly see and dont rush. Just before Black Friday, i contacted him and he told me there is a road show at Thomson Plaza anf told me to come take a look at the offers. It was q good offer. They took in my Old Honda FIT at a good price and Darryl was very attentive to my Parents who are quite old especially mum. He showed them around and told them the features. On that very day on 29th Nov i put my deposit and he even reserved the colour which i wanted even before i arrive. He trust me, i trust him. His colleagues around were also very friendly and chatty. Nice to chat for my parents. I collected my car on Last Friday and before that he was updating me on COE, insurance, car matters, documents and etc. Very very organized and smooth. Jack Cars returned me my deposit on the same day i collected my car. On the day he also very thoughtful to my parents and show me the car functions and etc. Even after that he still chat with me on how's the car and any queries he also answered. Thank you Darryl and Jack Cars for been so nice and very good service to me and my parents. Overall a very very excellent experience. I will recommend to buy from them and especially Darryl.
