Very negligent be careful of their practices

JAB industries is fabricating about their negligence because in fact they did not do the proper under pinning when doing the work but have done a quick and sloppy job. They also have not tried to assist everyone that was affected by their negligence.

We were contracted to fix an automated door at a charter school in march of 2024 and have yet to be paid even thought we have submitted numerous request. They are not a stand up contractor.
Jab industriea is by far the best desicion I could’ve made when choosing a company to renovate my
Home. The professionalism and the dedication to meeting every expectation and beyond is unmatched. I’ve had other companies do work at my home and they always left me with something to complain about. But not JAB. They left me speechless and very satisfied. I high recommend.
I highly recommend Jab Industries. Their work was immaculate and the staff was very professional. They took all my ideas and brought it to life and I’m very very satisfied with the outcome. I’m one happy customer!
These guys do NOT pay. we did a job for them, have a signed contract and they agreed to pay within 30 days of completing the job. It has now been 8 months and they rarely answer any calls, do not respond to emails and give you the run around when they finally do answer. DO NOT work with this company.
Thus far it has been such a positive experience working with JAB industries. Jeremy and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and overall great communication at all times. I highly recommend JAB Industries for your projects. 5 stars for me!!

Your company has not been forthcoming with information, and the carelessness displayed has led to significant disruption and distress within the community.
Despite previous complaints, there has been no improvement in your approach. I have documented instances, including photos, showing the damaging impact of these practices.
Additionally, some of your strategies appear to be intended to manipulate and drain homeowners financially, seemingly to push them toward selling their properties. These actions are not only damaging to the neighborhood but also border on unethical, potentially even illegal.
I strongly advise that future dealings with your company be approached with caution, and I recommend consulting legal counsel before engaging in any agreements.

While JAB Industries was conducting work nearby, this structural failure was unrelated to our operations. However, we acted immediately to coordinate with local authorities and ensure the safety of everyone affected.
