Had 3 different projects done. All 3 done efficiently. 5 years later, no problems with any of the work done. Work included were, new bathroom window, water leak in metal garage roof, and new railings and bannisters around front porch. Will hire again when the next need arises.

Joe has now done 2 jobs for us. The 1st fixing a sag in the ceiling where previous owners took out a support wall and replacing said ceiling. The 2nd a kitchen remodel. In this area of the house nothing is square or goes quite as expected, due to it being an old house, but he manages to get it done with reasonable cost. For the remodel we had a marble tile floor put down so we had to have more support added under the house. Other projects that were part of the remodel where adding insulation to the outerwall, building a broom closet, new drywall and trim, cabnit installation, tile backsplash installation, and probably the most fun for everyone epoxy countertops. I am so glad to jave the kitchen I have been wanting since we moved in and can't wait to us it.

Mr. Scarfo and his team are skilled craftsmen in all areas of home improvement. They completed a total remodel including demolition, windows, doors, roof, floors, split unit install, painting, sheetrock, porch, wood stove, bathroom etc. for me and I am very happy with the work, and they were able to complete everything on time and for a fair price. I would certainly recommend them for small or large projects.

We lived in Florida and hired this company in May of 2021 to repair the foundation of our house in Newberry; after seeing pictures of the completed work, we then hired them for a variety of other services including mold remediation of the crawl space and installing a vapor barrier; installation of an exterior door; removing/replacing a flat roof on the house with metal roofing; installation of new plumbing throughout; sealing off the soffits in the attic; installing a perimeter chain link fence. We paid them immediately on request, after sending us pictures of "completed work". When we moved from Florida to this home in Newberry in April 2022, and saw, first-hand, the work that was completed we were highly disappointed. To name a few of the problems, we experienced faulty plumbing that burst the first night we arrived, to poor workmanship throughout and second-hand materials used (when we paid for new), a back door that was poorly installed, damage to AC duct work under the house, and extensive roof leaking from the new metal roof. We attempted to contact Scarfo and, other than the first night when they came to fix the plumbing that had burst in the wall, due to a loose fitting that blew when we turned on the water, they have failed to respond or offer to make necessary repairs or finish work they were paid for. They have continuously avoided all our calls and texts. In addition to the time and materials we have expended to personally repair/reinstall items that we paid them to do -- and for services they never did but got paid for -- with the exception of the fence and the block foundation work, we have had to hire professionals to complete and/or repair the work they performed. We do not recommend using this company.

I am very pleased with the work done on my house. Joe and Nick did an exceptional job. They are professional and honest and committed to providing excellent service. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Joe and his crew are very good at what they do. They did some roof work for me and the job quality was great. I will be contacting them again if needed for any other repairs. They do everything except HVAC. I highly recommend the crew to everyone, commercial or Residential.

I was given a written quote by them and they wouldn’t honor it, I even offered to pay 100% of the materials, not only did they not honor it they tripled it

Great people. Always go above and beyond and soon gonna hook them up with my mom and dad for some inside work there. Love this company and you can't go wrong with Scarfo.
