When I came in for the 1st appointment I was told that all is well and that the follicles are also good and healthy, by saying this they made me pay for the whole package , and after the whole process was completed they informed us that no embryo is formed . Hence, we will have to go for ICSI on immediate basis . We agreed to it thinking that the doctor knows the best and also we didn't want the whole cycle to fail. Even after that we were informed that yet no embryo is being formed . Later on we were sent an invoice for the ICSI and freezing of the embryo but what i don't understand is that when there were no embryos formed , what was being frozen ? What are the charges and invoice for ? Still even after the failure of the 1st cycle they gave me hope saying that if we choose to do ICSI on immediate basis in the 2nd cycle all will work well. Hence ,I again paid for the 2nd time for the whole package , and I don't really understand what have they done. Suddenly they informed me that we have that to prepone and tried for the implantation a day or so sooner . And even after all this the result is still NEGATIVE. Its all a money making business for them , personally I would not recommend anyone to undergo treatment here at London IVF FERTILITY. TIME WASTE , MONEY WASTE. I have conceived pregnancy naturally before but here the doctor is telling me the only way is through egg donation , not recommended at all .

An excellent experience with ivf London from start to finish. A special thank you to Sharon, JaneFrances, Angela and the rest of the nurses - they truly went above and beyond with their care and support. They were always there offering support, checking in and helping us navigate the ivf journey. Dr Baydaa is incredibly knowledgeable, a fantastic Dr and someone we really trusted throughout the whole process. We felt in very capable hands the whole time. I can’t recommend the clinic enough.

I went for a fertility check at this clinic, this was fine but I got told to wait in the waiting room and then someone from a little side office, I am guessing finance came out and started discussing treatment options and pricings in front of other people in the waiting room. I thought this was really insensitive and made us feel uncomfortable. They are also really expensive, with everything an add on. I have since found out that you can get a package from a company to reduce costs, which make it more reasonable. We went elsewhere where we got a better feel from the start.

I carried out the mini consultation and it was really insightful, the consultant was supportive throughout the discussion and I look forward to using their services. Great impression so far Update: though they were friendly, I didn't continue with the process as it didn't match our needs and were not as thorough in examination as I expected, and later found out from another clinic.
