I had always been curious about visiting the Clinic, especially since it's so close to where I live.
After hearing numerous positive reviews, I finally decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did!
This was my first visit, and it was an outstanding experience! Maria Simon guided me on selecting the best IV treatment for my needs.
She took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions.
Maria made sure I felt comfortable and at ease, engaging me in great conversation and teaching me a few things along the way.
The Clinic itself is beautiful, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you want to return.
The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend the Clinic!

Had over an hour ‘consultation’ for what? Then it was too lat for IV. So this is on Friday 5 I made Monday 7 after talking about what we would put in drip. They didn’t have my appointment. My number was wrong and THEN I got passed to the girl who gave it so much chat to ask me was it was I was looking for? RUUUUUUN AWWWWWWAYYYGG

Hi Debra,
When you first came to our clinic 4th Thursday for a complimentary nurse consultation, our nurse only took as much time with you as you wanted to stay. The consultation typically lasts for a maximum of 15 minutes, but if a patient needs more time, we are more than happy to accommodate their needs. It appears that your consultation took longer because you chose to stay for an hour, and our nurse was ready to end it whenever you were comfortable.
Regarding the scheduling of your IV appointment, we apologise for any confusion that may have occurred. We made an appointment for you for Monday, the 8th, and sent you an email confirmation. No further communication was exchanged with you until the day of your appointment. When you didn’t show up for your appointment time one of our team members reached out to check if you were running late or needed to reschedule and that is the only time we spoke.
We sincerely apologise if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding on our part. At our clinic, we prioritise providing our clients with the utmost warmth and respect.
If there is anything else we can do to address your concerns or assist you further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.

I had violent food poisoning and couldn’t hold water down. The only way I was getting to an emergency room was in an ambulance. Within 2 hours of contacting the IV Drip Clinic, they had a nurse on the way. Nurse Rebina was amazing! Incredible bedside manner, painless needle stick, and she monitored me closely over the course of the IV. 30 minutes into the treatment the nausea finally subsided and I was able to recover and return to work the following day. The WhatsApp chat function on the website is great and accelerates booking. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
