☺ My host was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The property was spacious, convenient, and safe, especially for a lone traveller. The beachfront view was to die for, and it was very quiet and tranquil. My host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

It was one of the best, though I struggled with main bedroom bed, it wasn't comfortable as I thought

This is the second time you’ve booked Unit 11. Since your last visit, we have:
Repainted the unit
Installed new glass doors (in August)
Paid for a professional spring clean
Serviced the dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine (also recently)
Yet you remain unhappy with the facilities, the cleaning, and the staff. For clarity — I am the only staff member, and you haven’t spoken to me directly. I personally ensured the unit was spring-cleaned before your arrival.
If you are still dissatisfied after these improvements, it may be best that you book with someone else in the future.

We made the best out of the situation.
☺ Great location, very close to the shops. Stunning view of the beach.
☹ It was not clean AT ALL! Hair and dust everywhere!
TV was not working even though we asked for assistance and never got back to us.
Plates were chipped
Place DID NOT look like the pictures.

Regarding the TV, we spent considerable time assisting you on your check-in day. After a long phone call, it was discovered the TV had not been switched on correctly. Once this was resolved, you confirmed the fridge and TV were working and that everything was "all good for now." We did not receive any follow-up communication from you.
As for the plates, no previous guests have reported issues with them, but we’ll certainly inspect and replace any that are chipped—thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Finally, the photos of the property are accurate and up to date, though we do occasionally refresh linens and curtains to keep the space feeling fresh and modern.

☺ The view and the set up
☹ Lots of stuff in the unit needs maintenance, service like the air conditioner. There was no inventor like mentioned in the ad during load shedding. Fans in the unit don't work properly. To many stairs. Gates on balcony needs service. Lounge set needs replacing.

Well situated unit, spacious with spectacular views.
☺ The views are spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped and has more than 1 bathroom.
☹ The kids room ceiling was loose and starting to fall with an opening showing the roof planks. The owner wasn’t aware but was willing to fix it soonest. Curtains needed a proper wash as they have stains.

Stay at Sue Casa 11
☺ The phenomenal sea views.
The absolute safety of the place.
Featured 2 beaches. Manaba beach, catered for the fisherman, those that would enjoy climbing rocks and looking for seashells and for the fitness minded people. I enjoyed my early morning run accompanied by fellow runnners, walkers and cyclists. The other end was Lucien beach. Here the sand was clean and families could picnic and enjoy the waves. it was a memorable holiday.
There is also a local Spar to restock items needed.
☹ climbing 3 flights of steps. Not recommended for the elderly.
