Regarding the TV, we spent considerable time assisting you on your check-in day. After a long phone call, it was discovered the TV had not been switched on correctly. Once this was resolved, you confirmed the fridge and TV were working and that everything was "all good for now." We did not receive any follow-up communication from you. As for the plates, no previous guests have reported issues with them, but we’ll certainly inspect and replace any that are chipped—thank you for bringing it to our attention. Finally, the photos of the property are accurate and up to date, though we do occasionally refresh linens and curtains to keep the space feeling fresh and modern. We always strive to create a great experience and are here to help during your stay—please don’t hesitate to reach out early so we can resolve any concerns in real time.

Dear Future Guests, Thank you for considering our apartment for your stay. Please note that the unit is only accessible by stairs, as there is no elevator. If you have mobility concerns, please take this into account before booking. Reviews and our listing description highlight this feature, so we kindly ask guests to book accordingly. Regarding amenities: The air conditioning unit is regularly serviced and functions well when used correctly. For optimal performance, please ensure all doors and windows remain closed while it is in use, especially during heatwaves. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom has been replaced with a brand-new floor fan for your comfort. Check-out time is strictly 9:00 AM. Late check-outs will now incur a fee, as housekeeping staff are scheduled to prepare the unit for incoming guests.
