First off, I see you gave a low rating for the location. Manaba Beach is all about that cozy, family vibe – a break from the hustle and bustle. No big malls or wild nightlife here, just good ol' family time and killer views from the patio or balcony. Now, about the third-floor spot – totally get it. But heads up, we send you a warning about the third floor location just after booking , with enough time to cancel the booking if the third floor was an issue. Now, as for the staff – surprise! There's none. It's a self-catering gig with a smooth self-check-in/out process (all instructions send to you via WHATSAPP). I even sent you a detailed WhatsApp with gate info, lock box deets, and all the codes to make your stay a breeze. The caretaker and that soft-spoken gentleman, Andile? They're actually part of the trustee's crew. Their gig doesn't involve helping out our awesome guests or taking care of check in or rubbish removal - that's not in their job description. And about the property manager and her team? They're not really my direct staff; they're more like third-party wizards we've got on a contract basis. Just wanted to set the record straight – when you say "staff," you're talking about yours truly, the owner of this fantastic unit! Hope that makes things crystal clear.
