Our dragon boat team, the Kootenay Robusters, needed help with a complete revision of our website. We received excellent support from Martin, Sanjin and Brian at ITS and, with their help, we were able to create a website that will be easy to manage and represents who we are. There were a lot of revisions and technical challenges along the way, but Sanjin and Brian responded promptly to every query, even when the questions or suggestions were coming from several of us at once. Working together we were able to overcome lots of issues and create a site that will serve us well, now and in the future.

We worked with ITS to create a website for a housing design guideline project at our non profit organization. As we had some vision for this project, ITS was very flexible to hear our ideas and reflected them in the website. They also provided us with creative solutions and graphics, all strengthening the work. They also were very patient and efficient with the revisions and saved some hours for us to improve the website after it was launched. ITS has been our IT services provider for a few years and have provided top notch service throughout our relationship. They helped us transition to a fully remote work environment during the pandemic and have provided ongoing support to our staff along the way.
We also contracted ITS to help us re-design our company's website, and product they built for us is excellent. Communication was great throughout the process and they even helped work with us on obtaining a grant to keep our costs down. The end result has been a website that we are proud of, that aligns with our brand and is starting to generate traffic for the business.
I would recommend ITS for all your IT service needs
In 2021 we needed a big overhaul of our old office infrastructure and so we contacted ITS for this and they were very professional, patient and proactive in their approach to consulting and customer service (shout out to Herman and Nick!) But unfortunately the world was still dealing with ridiculous shortages and delays of everything imaginable. In the end we didn't actually get to hire them for their services as we ended up finding another solution due to the lack of PC hardware on the market in general. Yet Herman still kept answering my calls, my emails and trying to get us the help we needed even if it was just advice! 10/10 would call them up as drinking buddies, cheers!!!
