I’m very disappointed with my experience with IT Luggage. I received a damaged item straight out of the box, which was frustrating enough, but I followed their return procedure exactly as instructed. After going through the hassle of packaging it back up and sending it off, I was then told the item was out of stock and couldn’t be replaced.
At no point was this mentioned before I returned it, and the whole process felt like a complete waste of time. Instead of a straightforward exchange, I was left without the product I originally paid for and had to chase up what should have been a simple resolution.
Overall, a very poor customer experience. I won’t be purchasing from IT Luggage again.
If only I had a case to comment on. It was never delivered, Evri report it was returned from their depot, IT has not responded to my queries. Very disappointing
