Thanks for your feedback. what I can say is that sometimes computer problems do not present themselves to us when we have them, as either an intermittent issue or something that requires specific circumstances to trigger the issue. This is the nature of the computer industry and it doesn't make us useless. If you think we have done something wrong by you then please get in touch so that we have a chance to rectify it.

Absolutely brilliant tech fella put my laptop in one day out the next problem being was my laptop computer had a power surge (my fault ) so I took the advantage to upgrade the memory an now Im a real happy chappy ...folkes if your machine fails an you want it back quick do what I did take it to my tech fella at ITechnology / moonah ........ fantastic

Took my laptop in with charger port issues, got my computer back with half the keys not working & the touch pad not working at all. Was advised that I needed to use an external mouse & keyboard. I spent $221 to get a laptop back with a whole heap of issues it never had before. Wanted to charge me more money to ‘fix’ these problems. Do not recommend. EDIT: The guys contacted me within 2 days of my review willing to fix the problem for free. Unfortunately that laptop was unsalvageable due to it’s age & my cats love of sleeping on it. They did their best, they really did. Within 24 hours they had managed to clone my old laptop onto a new refurbished one that is very shmick and works better than my old one. They were very considerate that I lost none of my old data, were professional and talked me through the process the whole way. They worked hard to fit within my time constraints as a shift worker & did me a very good deal. I will be a repeat customer as they were courteous & put up with my lack of knowledge of computers and meltdowns about not having a laptop with a kind smile. Great job guys!
