As a driver left the depot he swerved across my lane and I had to veer into the hedge, causing my tyre to burst. I contacted them, and after denying any CCTV for 10 minutes he finally found it and told me he'd review the cab footage and call back. His attitude turned nasty as he told me the driver seems fine and 'looked both ways' - I can't prove an accident would have happened, and apparently i made the decision to swerve out of the way... To avoid an accident. They accept no responsibility, when I said id like to take it further he told me to 'go for it' and 'do what I like'. My emails are being ignored and im so surprised a local business has behaved like this. Disgusting attitude.

Terrible service
What a crappy business this is. A package to be delivered to my house that was clearly marked was delivered to wrong address, a nasty neighbour. I had given specific instructions not to deliver to this neighbour’s address. I had even given the What3Words code to make for a foolproof delivery but this was not to be. I emailed this Isle of White Distribution expecting at least a smidgeon of an apology. As they never replied I can only assume that this is the standard of service that Isle of White Distribution strive to achieve. I have given them one star but this one star too many.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of the delivery drivers. Parked on a solid white line on a single lane blind bend. Pulled up and beeped just to let him know we were there and got an absolute mouth full off him for no reason. Got aggressive literally over nothing. Threatened us. If this is the type of person you’re hiring - I’d stay well clear.

Trying to contact IOW Distribution by telephone half an hour before designated closing time over 3 consecutive days has been pointless as no one answers the telephone!!!! Please, if you have designated opening and closing times for public/customer contact process "touch point" then ensure they are adhered to.

My order has been sat at delivery depot for 3 days now told driver off sick though I've seen other vans near my house today🤷♂️. I was very disappointed but

Bad, bad service - lying about having been at the premises when they weren't. Two days in a row. Sending pictures of property done from a moving car. When called and asked to re-deliver, was promissed delivery will be following day (that's day 3). On the third day still no delivery. If you don't want to do the job, then don't, but don't pretend.
Two weeks on, the same story... Saying they will deliver between hours and then an entry on Yodel tracking website with a timestamp before the announced delivery window saying they couldn't deliver although somebodey was in...

I have never experienced such incredible service .
Our delivery driver Mark goes above and beyond.
Living beside the floating bridge, it is often busy , but he will park and walk , regardless the size / weight of the/ awkwardness of the parcel , he will always bring it right to the front door , making it stress free and easy for me .
He is exceptional with an incredible work ethic , every company needs a Mark he is truly invaluable.

Had a customer that wanted to return a crate, spoke to Lisa about the collection, the collection depot refused to collect due to the crate being unstable after being opened, Lisa tried to work her magic to get the collection done, telling me different ways to get the collection back to my yard. She contacted the customer on several occasions to try and resolve the dilemma, constantly contacting me with updates. Lisa worked tirelessly to get the job done as they say.
