Order for CNY2025 catering, the food is horrible. The salted chicken looks like mud chicken, tasteless and chicken is soggy. The noodle look like soak in water for many hours. The fried rice is tasteless. The prawn taste i cant describe because i cant taste what they are trying to cook. The dish is just terrible. The lemon fish taste and look like soak in lemon sauce since yesterday. Will not recommend and order again.
Had 2 catering experiences with them within a month. Both were superbly done. On time. Good service. Great food. Rashmi was our event organiser from Island catering and things went smoothly thanks to her. Feedback from the guests on food quality was very good. Highly recommend Island catering for your catering requirements.
The representative assured us that the food will come on time, however it came more than an hour late. The representative, Rashmi Joshi was also not responsive to our calls to get an update and even avoided our calls. She only picked up when we used another number to call in. Terrible service, caused us a lot of anxiety on whether our food was even coming or not and I would not recommend.
Though the customer service was responsive but despite several reminders and confirmations on non spicy request on all the food items, half of the food came with chilli and ended up my daughter and her friends couldn’t even fill their tummies during her party… the other food items without chilli weren’t delectable too.
