I was lucky enough to have a one on one for a yin yoga course. The teachers were very knowledgeable and so I learnt more than I might have done on other courses. I gave 4 star because it was supposed to be an 85 hour course in 8 days but it didn’t start until a day later than was supposed to so ended up being 7 days. However, I did really enjoy it and learnt a lot.

I did Multistyle Yoga + Aerial Yoga, and it was an amazing experience. I am a beginner but I have learned alot and improved my flexibility, strength, and stability. The whole staff is very helpful and supportive. It was literally a great way to rejuvenate.

I am very grateful to school , helper and teacher from Ishavasyam yoga school for giving me opportunity to learn . As my experience in this yoga was just perfect . My 10 days aerial yoga 🧘 was amazing since I was beginner to it but I do other yoga too that make bit easy . I have been doing yoga from online classes but going and learning from teacher is another level . Checkin to checkout was smoothly. I was travelling from Maldives I reached school late at 2 am still school teacher and helper was waiting for me that was so nice . On Sunday we do have excursions that was additional interesting part . We went to do yoga at beach , visited caves temple and even went to see sunrise that was famous in Rishikish.Thank you for sharing love, light, and energy with me 🙏🙏🙏

In general I am dissapointed with the school I choose. I think it is an important feedback if you are looking for a good yoga experience in Rishikes. I am a professional and I expect professionalism from people. The experience was let's say ok, but not what I expected. I registered for the 200 hours Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training. We had Hatha and Ashtanga classes, but it was very monotone. Other classes like Philosophy or Meditation were ok, but not very interesting. Some teachers are good, but not all of them. We had no methodology classes, so I didn't learn how to prepare a classe or how to build yoga sequences, and this is something what I expected. Furthermore they asked us to be on time but the teachers were sometimes not on time. Some things were postponed without asking or informing us. The food was not diverse, after feedback they added some more veggies. The kitschen and the training hall was dirty, also the common bathroom. The training hall is also quite cold in the morning and in the evening because the windows can be not closed properly. My experience is ok overall, because I made the best out of this time for myself and I still learned something, but I would not recommend the school to friends or family. *The location is nice because it is a small oasis in Rishikes Tapovan.

The experience at ishavsayam school was quite interesting. I had gone there for aerial yoga training however my practice sessions consisted of different types of yoga like ashtanga , hatha , guided meditations etc . All the trainers are very experienced and professional. They helped each one of us to get into the right postures and showed simple techniques to achieve the most difficult posture . All the staff at school are very humble . It was a wholesome journey for me . They take care of your little requests and make everyone feel important. Food was simple still mouthwatering at school . I looked forward to eat everyday 😅. Thank you for giving me chance to explore my innate abilities. Thank you all the teachers for being dedicated towards students and teaching 🙏🙏

I did Aerial YTTC at Ishavyasam. I must say it was the most amazing experience of my life. The school is just perfect with experienced teachers, with the modules, the excursions, the teachings with so much detail, paying attention to each and every student, explanation of everything that we do, the food, meditation and they have a lot more to offer than this. It couldn't be any more perfect. Thank you Ishavuasam for giving me a life changing experience.

I suggest this school not good for Indians there are treating way is different There are looking money and business they are not treated well Indians they looking only foreign people so please Indians don't go this place.

This is definitely best place in Rishikesh to learn Aerial yoga with best team of teachers.. I would like to thank Arjun jee for being so loving and kind teacher. He gives personal attention to every student and takes care of their health concerns in an empathetic way. For any center - discipline is the foundation to progress. Here Sagar jee lays the foundation of discipline and at the same time he is very fun loving and takes care of all the students like his own family. Prateeksha jee is our anatomy teacher. She kept our classes interactive and super interesting. She is so friendly and have lot of patience. Kushagra jee is very polite and because of him - I decided to join in pancha kosha/ isha vasyam. Thank you so much everyone .Keep doing the great work.

I just finished my 300 hours YTTC at Ishavasyam Yoga School and I cannot express enough my gratitud. I had the honour to learn from incredibly knowledgeable and experienced teachers, the staff was extremely friendly and eager to help, the food was next-level, met a wonderful group of fellow students and the Rishikesh vibe in general inspires you to connect with your Yoga practice and yourself. Thank you again to all the Ishavayam Yoga School staff for all your efforts and love for what you do on making our time in Rishikesh, to say the least, an amazing experience.
