This place was like family to me and I was told I couldn’t recycle there anymore because the yard manager said I was littering. Made no sense and they didn’t even give me a chance to argue it like if they don’t have 20 cameras that could’ve confirmed I didn’t do anything. Loved the way old management ran things, they were all great. 10+years supporting the company and just like that cut off. Great way to treat loyal customers

I am trying to investigate your review, because we want each customer’s experience to be positive here at IMI, and if one wasn’t, we want to try and make it right. I am especially concerned because you say you’ve been a long-time, loyal customer. I ran your name through our database, but don’t see any history of transactions under your name. Also, we are not under new management, and have had the same family ownership since we opened in 1961, so I’m wondering if you might not be describing another place. We’d love to hear from you directly to see what went wrong if it happened here, so feel free to call and ask for one the owners.

Their drivers semi drivers CDL drivers do you like to put people's life at danger when they're driving on the road kids's life at danger because they think they own the road I recommend not going to them

It sounds like you had a rough experience on the road involving one of our trucks, and we’re sorry for the stress it caused. We take our fleet safety very seriously and have invested in GPS technology to monitor all trucks at all times. Also, we have our phone number visible on all trucks and containers, so that folks can call us if they have an issue on the road. Had you called, we could have found out which truck and driver was involved, and we would have followed up with training or disciplinary action as needed. If it’s not too late, please call and ask for one of the owners so we can follow up personally.

Iam a very old person that was in the scrap business for 38 years ....and if anybody cares to know the truth about the scrap business well I And M is the only place for that and I don't just mean Colorado I'm talking about the planet!!
I' can tell you horror story's of and about everyone whose been in the business in Colorado!!! If you want an honest deal in this business ..that's where it will happen and just for starters I'll let you upstarts in on a not so big a secret, everybody cheats you on the scales and I mean everybody!!
