Did work on my chimney to fix a leak in May 2023, found it still to be leaking in October, rang several times for them to come back out and look at at but was ignored for months and they never got back in touch, also they never provided an invoice for the original work despite several requests to do so, avoid them like the plague completely untrustworthy.
Edit: one hour after I posted this review they rang me, so they obviously had my info to hand. I made it clear I had no interest in dealing with them anymore and had already engaged another company to fix the work. The new crew showed me what the problem was and how the original fix had been left half finished as well as other damage they should have told me about that required immediate attention. They rang and texted continually for 2 hours until I had to threaten to call the gardai about harrassment.
Patrick responded straight away to assess the leak in roof. Repairs were carried out with 2 days. The team arrived on time and were a pleasure to deal with. They provided photos of the damage and repairs and a full quote and damage report needed for the insurance. Everything was easy, efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Just a detailed description of my interaction with this company.
Organised for a onsite visit at 9.30am . Patrick changed to 12.30am due to a doctors appointment, not a problem what so ever with this.
Firstly he was not informed of the second house or given a brief run down of the repairs needed from the secretary although not an issue intially.
The first house required a small repair to a slate roof 4x4 area and to change a couple of rafters. Patrick literally walked in looked at the area needing repair for 5 seconds, asked about scaffolding. I told him I had it organised. He wouldn't quote untill it was up. I told him we could look at the area on the roof from a balcony above the repair. He wasn't interested.
The second house he didnt want to look at, said there was no point without scaffolding even though there was safe access to the roof. He didn't even ask what the issue was. To add other companies were happy to work on this roof without scaffolding due to the walls exceeding the height of the roof by 3 foot. So no saftey issues regarding falling off the roof.
This was a larger job requiring all valleys to be repaired and reslating a good area. Not a small job and a few thousand for the job.
Very suprizing for a company to talk itself out of a few grand, baffling encounter.
No issues with other roofing companies pricing with 3 other quotes ranging from €5,500 - €7,500 between the two houses with myself supplying scaffolding. Also just to note scaffolding was only really required for the smaller job.
Maybe too small of job for these guys to be interested.

We had a problem with our roof ever since we had a dormer installed. We tried a few other roofers who had a look and then either applied a quick ‘fix’ or didn’t return. After further leakage in August, we got in touch with Irish Roofers. Pat came out to inspect and return with a quote. Within a couple of weeks Del & Seàn came out and got straight to it, they were quick & clean and showed us what they had repaired. We paid and were given a 5-year guarantee on the work. Unfortunately, the leak was not fully repaired and within 4 weeks during a very heavy downpour we received more damage. We got in touch with Pat who sent Del & Seàn out and repaired the roof. It’s been leak free since.
I would happily recommend Irish Roofers for any job.

From the moment I made my enquiry, to the finished job I can honestly not recommend these guys highly enough! The work was finished to a extremely high standard at very competitive prices. We had a flat roof completely replaced and it was finished in a day and a half! Absolutely no mess left behind and fantastic communication throughout the entire process.
