Interesting assumption. 1. Our prices ARE listed on our website. If you go through the pages you would see them. 2. For devices that are not listed on the website (due to part cost being changed on a day to day basis based on market availability) we offer a FREE price estimate in person or over the phone as you got since you listed it on your review. If we were hiding pricing we wouldn't give them out for free as that would still cause people not to show up now wouldn't it? 3. Some of our prices are higher, some are lower. It depends on the price of the part at the time. Our warranty of 6 months is longer than the Apple store which is only 90 days so not sure how thats a problem. I see that as a pro. Lastly, the Apple store takes hours and sometimes days to fix specific issues and turns down repairs for issues such as a scratch on the frame or wont replace a battery due to a crack in the screen. We don't have these outrageous policies which often turn customers away from Apple and to come to us. There is steak for $20 and steak for $60, doesn't make them the same. Next time- please do your research and make an educated decision instead of bashing a business reputation because you broke your device and have a costly repair on your hands.

Hello Our screen replacement come with a 6 month warranty against manufacture defects as long as there is no physical damage to the part.
