Honestly I had this service since February and it’s pretty decent compared to what’s out there but TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE!!!! customer service. I tried contacting the phone that was provided via WhatsApp and no response at all, just an automated message asking for you email and then nothing!
Right now, I’m having trouble logging and still waiting for someone but I know, based on previous experiences, no one will respond back. Really disappointing!

PLease read!!!!! I am so disappointed that I purchased this service. It was recommended and I would not use it again. The players, applications, logins and playlists all have bee troublesome. The player crashed, then changed this is my third player now on Apple TV. Have to pay for VPN, still have buffering. Playlist download is unpredictable. The playlist disappears and the error reads unable to read playlist.
The subscription is 13 months and you pay upfront. No refund.
I would not use an IPTV service provider even if they say they are in Ontario. SHAM!!!

Using our live playlist link in a recommended player (like IPTV Smarters lite or xiptv) and ensuring a stable connection (preferably with a VPN if your ISP throttles streaming) can resolve most issues.
