Price display inconsistency during fast moves Noticed a difference between the chart quote and the price showing on the order ticket during a fast move. I know prices can change in seconds, but it made me pause before entering. Showing the executable price more clearly would help.

Support team resolved the issue effectively Had an issue that needed fixing rather than just an explanation. The support team took a little time, but they actually got it resolved instead of sending me in circles.

Customizable notifications make it great There are a lot of notifications, so I ended up adjusting the settings to keep only the ones I actually care about. Once customized, it’s much better.

Smooth experience with cautious testing Only put a small amount in at first just to test it out, glad I did cause it's been smooth since.

Helpful Support During a Login Issue Had a login problem one evening and initially thought I’d be stuck until the next day. Support responded and helped me figure out what was going on. 👍

Getting easier with use over time I had some trouble getting used to the interface at first, especially finding a couple of settings. After using it for a while, though, navigation became much easier.

Handy calculator but hard to find I normally do the pip-value calculation myself, but I used the broker's calculator for a GBP/USD setup. Got the number I needed pretty quickly. Finding the tool wasn't obvious though.

Clear limits but not easy to find Made a larger deposit recently and checked the allowed amount beforehand. Nothing wrong with the limit, just wasn't easy to spot.

Bad experience Absolute shambles rude obstructive unhelpful account managers every time I asked to close my account I was met with a barrage of abusive and bad language and now I am unable to log in to my account. It is not even if my account was large.
