Scam. Don't waste your money. Ordered turbo 9/19, received 9/24. Returned for warranty repair 10/9. Received back on 10/23. On 10/24 I notified them that the turbo failed again and requested a return label to send back for credit. On 11/19 I threatened to report them to the BBB and FTC and received a return label on 11/21. Returned again for credit after second failure on 11/22, and they received 11/27. I have received no communication from them and haven't received credit. At this point, I feel like it's pointless to contact them again, and I'd like to make good on my threat. So here I am. $2500 dollars i probably will never see back. This guy needs investigated with not 18 1 star reviews our of 27 total reviews.

I ordered a genuine Garrett turbo CHRA for a DT466. The turbo CHRA I received was not only the wrong part (a CHRA for a completely different application) but was also not a Garrett product- it was made by Turbo International. I called to return the CHRA and was told it was my error! I explained I received a part that I did not order and he told me to send it back. I asked for a return shipping label and he told me to stop crying. Needless to say I contacted Paypal and have filed a claim. Avoid this bozo at all costs. Not only does he falsely represent the parts as being genuine he will not pay for return shipping due to his errors. Probably the worst internet purchase I have ever encountered.

IAP website is a treasure, it has so many parts info such as applications, OE part numbers, sizes. Whoever constantly updating these info is doing an amazing job for turbocharger community. Personally I've rely on it sometime to identify unknown part for my automotive work, can't thank you enough. I know many do this as well.

Do not purchase products from here. 'This part comes with ONE YEAR unlimited mileage warranty.' It's a lie. Do not believe them. Last March, I purchased a turbocharger, and during another inspection, they confirmed exhaust gas leakage and oil leakage. I contacted them, but they told me to send the product back. However, I couldn't send it back because I couldn't use the equipment. We still had warranty left on the product, so we requested them to send the product first, but they refused (no response). I bought a rebuild kit and repaired it myself yesterday. Some parts were missing. The problem arose because both gaskets and oiling were not included. This place seems like a professional company, but they seem like a group of amateurs. Communication with customers and the quality of the products they sell are very poor. Find another company for your future. Don't go through the same hardship as us.

I ordered a rare Garrett t3 turbo housing from IAP. I was excited to be able to find one after quite a bit of looking, as well as ordering a few on ebay and being told they were not in stock. After ordering from IAP I got nervous after reading all the one star reviews. I had a five star experience and thought it appropriate to balance out all the one stars.

Left work early to make it there before closing. I got there 20 minutes before closing and asked for the item I had called about and confirmed they had in stock. I was told to come back tomorrow. I'm not going back. I'll find the part somewhere else I'm sure.

Very very disappointed!!! I had sent this company a conv. top hydraulic pump that they advertise to be specialists in rebuilding. It worked for 2 days and started giving me errors for an internal sensor in the pump. Called the company and said they would take care of it and to send it back. It has now been there for 4 weeks and they don't know where it is. They say that they may have sent it to a different company in a different state???? I keep getting told i will receive a call from the owner and he will sort it out. If i don't receive a working/non faulting pump or my money back i will be seeking legal action.

Do not trust this business. They sent me a counterfeit rebuilt turbo instead of a new Borg Warner turbo. The manager was belligerent and hung up when I called to return it. I had to return the part via PayPal claims resolution to keep them from charging a 20% restocking fee that was not listed in their return policy.

I dropped my turbo off at this shop and was shocked by how messy it was. Boxes and stuff everywhere. They said they could fix it within a few days. Three weeks later I picked it up and they had only sand blasted it. They said they were still waiting on parts. I went to the Garrett turbo site and found the only shop certified for refurb was also in So Cal, so I took my turbo there. It was done in less than 24 hours and they were mystified as they had the parts and were the So Cal distributor...so why hadn't Invasion called them?

I recently placed an order with IAP and had to cancel it because of an unexpected home repair expense. I called and was told to send an E-Mail requesting the cancellation of the order. A short time after sending the E-Mail I received an E-Mail from Samson at IAP confirming the refund and an E-Mail from Paypal with the same message. Very understanding and quick response. Thank you!

I purchased a hydraulic pump and bracket for my SL500. The parts were listed as 2 separate parts and totaled over $1400. I sent them to my mechanic and he couldn't install with the o-rings for the feed lines (17 of them). Was told thru email that I had everything I needed. Had to buy part from MB. Returned the parts and was called shady and a liar and they have my money and their parts and won't communicate. Next step is my lawyer. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.....

I would give 0 stars but there’s no option for that. Purchased a $900 part from this company, received it within 5 business days. Took the part to my mechanic only to find out that the part is defective and is leaking. I have called the company and they didn’t do anything to help. My mechanic has called and left a message and they have not returned his phone call. I have emailed the owner twice and still have not heard anything back. All I want is either a working part (don’t think that’s gonna happen) or a refund for the expensive defective part I’ve purchased.
