I needed professional help in a hurry and needed to know upfront how much this would cost as I am a widow.
The lady who answered my call listened patiently, knew what they could do to help me and how much it would cost.
Mr. Nathan Woodcock proved to be as good as his word, meeting me well out of office hours and comfort zone to provide an excellent next-day service! No hidden costs, terminology I could understand, relaxed and pleasant manner gave me confidence that my urgent needs would be met.
Then later I met another of the office team who sorted out a misunderstanding most courteously and efficiently.
Overall this firm is professional, courteous, efficient and most reasonably priced with all costs made clear before any agreement is made. I recommend them 100% in all confidence.
