Other auto shop quote: $770 Integrity: $390. Recommended to my friend who I knew got over priced at $660 and Integrity quoted her at $350. It’s amazing how other auto shops try to get SO much money out of their customers. Integrity truly lives up to its name. Never had any issues here.

The best automotive mechanic shop in town. Nothing comes close to JR and his team. They fixed my transmission in days for a really good price when other shops were charging thousands. Definitely my go to shop.

A Quality shop that does what they say they are going to do and tells you what they can't up front. They don't try to needlessly upsell you. Very good work at fair price.

This shop lives up to their name. I've been taking my vehicles to them for 15 years, and I'll never take them anywhere else. The front office staff is friendly, and their shop does great work. As long as I live anywhere remotely close to the Carmel area, this is where I will take my vehicles for any work this shop is capable of performing. Top notch business.

JR and Dave are great with our cars every time. They are open and honest with everything. They kept me up to date about my car and costs. Our family recommends these guys to anyone needing automotive repairs!

I'm reviewing this business as an applicant for a recent job opening that I wasn't given any consideration for despite being uniquely qualified for the job. If this man would have interviewed me he would have found out that I've had perfect attendance on almost all my jobs and that I had a very unique skill set that would have benefited his business beyond what he could imagine, I was at one time a very successful jiffy Lube manager and would have been an outstanding choice for the front desk position that he had open. The treatment that I received however was completely unkind. I was told to bring back the application on a day when he wasn't going to be there. He discriminated against me for being homeless. I guess people shouldn't be honest in seeking a new job anymore? 20 years ago this man would have gotten away with discrimination against the less fortunate and nobody would have known. It's called Google sir and your treatment of the poor is as unsightly as the fact that you didn't know who the Bible quote on your desk was about. It was Solomon by the way.

I always appreciate how thorough and honest the team at Integrity is, including my recent visit that found a blend door causing issues with the heat. They also diagnosed a more severe problem which explained a number of things that had been happening (losing oil, catalytic convertor code, etc.). It wasn't fun to hear but gave us important info for next steps. Thanks guys!

Doesn’t happen often, but in this case… the name says it all!

They always take good care of our vehicles. It is great to have a trustworthy mechanic. My most recent experience was to have them do an oil change. They did an inspection and found some things that needed serviced. Love these guys!!!!

Inspected some sound issues and determined front bearings needed to be replaced. Also did complete review of fluids, filters etc of car at 115 k miles.

Friendly staff and always preferred local auto service provider. Most important about this place is their ability to explain in details about the repair and also suggest other cheaper outside.

The quote changed from original due to the part supplier providing wrong information and integrity informed me before they proceeded. I really appreciated that because when the higher price was known, I decided I couldn’t move forward. Integrity handled the situation fairly.

Great place to use for auto service. We dropped the car off at the end of the business day for an oil change. They called shortly after and said the car was ready. They completed the service and got the car back in record time.
