We contracted with Integrimark for an aging-in-place renovation. From the start, their emphasis on transparency, professional workmanship, long-term relationships with suppliers, client satisfaction and giving back to the community impressed us. Their assistance in developing our plan and finding materials was hugely important due to health-related limitations on our capacity to do our own legwork. Unfailingly courteous (and often funny), the team kept in close touch about challenges that arose, and came up with resourceful ways to address the quirks of our older building. They rolled with late-breaking good ideas, and were highly responsive to concerns and special requests. Contrary to the frequent image of contractors, they did stellar work, and we always felt like they had our back. Very highly recommended!
Thanks so much Chris for taking the time to complete this review. It was amazing and is a good reflection of our team. They work hard to go above and beyond.

We contracted Integrimark to finish our basement. From start to finish of the project they were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They listened to our plans for the basement and then gave us good suggestions that helped us finalize our design. They provided a detailed estimate of the cost and of all the work required to finish the basement. Throughout the project they took the time to explain each step of the work and to answer any questions we had. They did excellent work. We are very pleased with our finished basement.
Hey Brian. Thanks for the super review. Your basement looks amazing. Our team worked hard and we're thrilled that you're pleased with the result.

Integrimark did two different renos for us and both times they were super easy to deal with and they did a fantastic job! We’re planning to use them again for our next reno. Highly recommended!
Thanks Guy it was a pleasure partnering with you on these two projects. It was a pleasure for our crew to renovate your attic, basement and redo your kitchen flooring, as well as the brickwork.

Thank You for the exceptional work done on our kitchen renovation. We were kept informed from the initial quote to the completion of the project. Our expectations were meet and exceeded; we our 100% satisfied. Recommend Integrimark for any of your renovation needs.
Thanks Ed for the vote of confidence in Integrimark. We love seeing our homeowners be 100% satisfied. That's what our team strives for. Thanks for the strong review and the recommendation to others.

We recently completed a renovation with Integrimark and we are very happy with our new kitchen! Steve has an excellent team of professionals to help you along your renovation journey from planning to completion. Complimenting this team are fabulous trades including framers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, hardwood flooring finishers and more. I would like to say that our project manager was crucial in the success of our project and was always available to answer our questions and resolve any issues that popped up along the way. We would highly recommend you talk to Steve and consider hiring Integrimark for your next project.
Wow! Thanks for the amazing review. We've had some great things said about our team over the years, your kind words definitely warm our hearts. We've never had a customer hold an open house to show off their new reno. We look forward to joining you that day.

We signed our contract with IntegriMark because we had a serious conversation regarding our bathroom renovations. We said we wanted the job done right the first time. And this company delivered. Worth every penny. Organized and great friendly staff.
Joe & Shelly thanks so much for the super review. We're thrilled that we met your expectations and that you're happy with our team and work. That always means the world to us.

We had a very positive experience with IntegriMark when they remodelled our bathroom and did some additional work on our home. The quality of their work was high, and we are very pleased with the result. The most noteworthy thing about them was their commitment to doing what was necessary to make us happy. If we wanted to change our design, or rework something, they accommodated us with no problems. They also gave us good suggestions for improving our design. I would recommend them without any reservations.
Thanks Vicki for the super review. We'll be sure to pass it on to the team. They work hard to make sure our homeowners are as satisfied and as happy as you are. Your bathroom looks great. I love the tiles.

We had a great experience with the Integrimark team. As with all renovation projects, we hit road blocks but these were usually communicated to us in a timely fashion. When issues arose, they were also dealt with asap. Thanks to the Integrimark team for working with us on our project!
Thanks Evelyn for the positive and strong review. Yes, it's true road blocks do pop up sometimes, the hazardous material in your case was remediate quickly and the challenges with the permit were addressed in a timely manner. Our team will be happy to hear of your great review.
Rob Prouse2024.01.02
Integrimark completed a major renovation on our home this summer where they removed the roof and added a second floor to our house. Throughout the process, they were professional and punctual. Their workmanship was above expectations and much better than you would see in most new builds.
They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy at every stage of the process and dealt with every setback with grace. Unexpected complications mean no build ever goes perfectly, but they always found solutions and made the entire process stress free.
We are so happy with our new home. We cannot recommend Integrimark enough. A huge thank-you to the team. I can't express how much I appreciate all your hard work to create such a beautiful home for us.
Rob thanks so much for taking the time to write up the awesome review. We're thrilled with the results of your home reno. It's quite the transformation. We're happy you're happy.

We partnered with Integrimark last summer for a major home renovation. We found the biggest challenge was finding the right company that would be able to execute and produce our vision within the allotted budget and time frame. From day one, they helped guide us through the sometimes nerve wracking experience with their knowledge and expertise. Their team was very professional and they were dedicated to providing us with a finished product that we will enjoy for years to come. We look forward using Integrimark on future projects in our home and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a contractor who will deliver a quality final product.
Thanks Scott. It was a pleasure to partner with you on your reno. We're glad your family is enjoying the transformation of your main floor and your beautiful kitchen. It's amazing what removing a 20' load-bearing wall can do. We look forward to the next project.

Renos are no fun. Your house is upside down for the duration. Integrimark worked hard to get my project to be what I had imagined. Their staff, particularly Pascale the project manager, and Lou the on-site staffer, did everything they could to keep things progressing. They were the strength of the team, as well as Phil. When issues did arise, primarily with the cabinet makers, they worked tirelessly to get things right. And when your reno is primarily about cabinetry, it's pretty important to get it right. The failure was at the subcontractor level, who delivered mismatched finishes on the cabinetry. I made my views on this very clear to Integrimark and they will be on the lookout for these issues for future projects with that subcontractor. Again, I felt supported and satisfied that Integrimark staff did everything they could to get the issues resolved. They always treated us with respect.
Their choice of electrician and tilers was fantastic. We were especially happy with these subcontractors. In the end, we have a kitchen and bathroom that we are really happy with.
Thanks Rita for your review. We truly appreciate it when homeowners take the time to share their experience. We're thrilled to see that you're able to highlight our great team and their dedication to their craft. You're also correct in pointing out the importance of subcontractors and their partnership. It's unfortunate one of them created some issues related to the finishing of your cabinets. We work hard to resolve those issues and to avoid them in the future. In this case we've chosen not to work with this particular supplier any further.

Don’t go anywhere else! The Integrimark team are the most courteous, considerate and professional people you will have the pleasure to work with. From start to finish the attention to detail was impeccable. When faced with unexpected issues they were there with options for resolution and carried out the fix both efficiently and effectively. They took a 35 year old bathroom and turned it into a work of art. I couldn’t be happier. Integrimark are highly recommended. I intend to have them back again for another renovation in the new year.
Thanks so much for the super review. Our team appreciates it. We'll be sure to pass it on to the whole team. They love what they do and nothing makes them happier then knowing someone recognizes and acknowledges their efforts. We look forward to doing your next renovation.
Carrie Hung2023.12.03
We are a humble family and for us to take on a big project for our house is something that's rather significant. We feel so blessed to have IntegriMark to take up this project! Phil and his team always took time to explain everything in detail, before and during the building extension & renovation period to ensure satisfaction. We really appreciate the transparency and clear communications throughout. The team also works hard to keep the work within the budget we agreed on, and the project was completed within the time frame given! In addition, we were originally worried that the big project would cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, but many of our neighbors complimented on the mindfulness and courtesy of the team. They always tidy up both the interior and exterior of the house at the end of the work day. I believe Steve and Phil are so proud of their team! Thank you IntegriMark for the good job done for us!
Carrie thanks for taking the time to write such a great review. You're right transparency is important to us. The comments from your neighbours about our team's mindfulness and courtesy was nice to hear. It's important to us. You're also right about us being proud of our team. They're awesome!

Integrimark did an outstanding job when the team converted our empty basement into a 3-bedroom apartment. The team was very thorough with the planning and kept us well informed during the entire time they were working with us.
They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled.
They did a wonderful job with the construction, left the completed apartment turn-key.
Not only that, Steve was so dedicated, that we felt we had an actual partner who really cared about what we wanted/needed. And he was there through all the process, double-checking every little detail. His approach is so unique and his caring is such, that he has become not only our favourite contractor of all times, but also a friend we still reach out from time to time.
Thanks Cecilia for the excellent review. The time and thought you've taken to share your experience is much appreciated. I know how important reviews are to potential clients. We're thrilled that your experience was a great one. I'll be sure to let our team know. It's important to them.

From the first time we called to inquire about IntergiMark contracting services, to the initial and subsequent visits with the team regarding our design and layout ideas, we received the amazing customer service. IntegriMark gave us a competitive and reasonable quote and ultimately the most impressive construction work of our kitchen, family room, living room and bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
The whole team was polite, on time and kept our home clean during the process.
We highly recommend IntegirMark!
Thanks Corrine for the excellent review and especially for taking the time to do it. We’re happy when our homeowners are happy.

We hired Integrimark to remodel - basically rebuild our entire home. Right from the first meeting we were confident that they would be our choice. We did our diligence, and met with some other contractors. But in the end there was a 'feeling' with Steve and Phil and the integrimark team that we knew they would be the best choice. They are patient, professional, flexible (I tried, but we probably arent the easiest clients) honest, knowledgeable and the point I really want to emphasize is they CARE. Steve and Phil truly care about your project. Sometimes I think that Phil lost more sleep about our renovation than we did. All the details, the costs, timelines. Its extremely important to him. Or maybe I should say he understands what matters to you, and thats what matters to him. They hire great people as well. I consider the team friends, and they quality and care they put into our home is something that I see and think about regularly while we enjoy our dream home. Thank you Integrimark team, Phil, Steve. I hope you know how much this means to our whole family.
Scott. Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Nothing makes us happier than knowing you and your family are thrilled with with your "new" home. You're right. We do CARE about your project and we have a great team that took a lot of pride in completing your project. We hope you enjoy your home for years to come.

It really is in the name! We used Integrimark after hearing positive feedback from some people that had used them in the area. We asked them to put down new flooring on the entire second floor, remove and recreate an existing master closet and turn what was the only full bathroom in the house along with a hall closet into two full bathrooms (one master ensuite and another guest bathroom). The communication throughout the process was fantastic and we always knew what was going on. Every cost was itemized and we were apprised of any cost differences and decisions along the way. The final amount was very close to the initial estimate provided before any work started. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed right away and any changes that needed to be done were completed quickly. We are so happy with the final product particularly our two new full bathrooms. If you are looking for integrity and a superb final product, these are the guys you want to use.
Thanks Jamie for the great review. It's always good for our team to receive good feedback from our homeowners. Our team works hard and it makes our day to know how satisfied our clients are.

Integrimark did a fantastic job closing in and refinishing my utility room. It was unfinished with no drywall and exposed vapour barrier. Many changes were made including reframing, new flooring, new doors, and having a new laundry tub installed. It was a pleasure working with the team who helped along the way, ensuring the work was up to code and providing helpful suggestions. I received prompt responses and updates from the project manager and the project was completed within the time frame. The team informed me regarding any issues that came up including some existing rotting wood which needed replacement. The workers were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the team and hope to work with them again in the future. Thanks again Integrimark for a fantastic first experience with you, the utility room is now looking great!
Hey Severin. Thanks for your great review. It's always a treat for our team to see our homeowners appreciate their craftsmanship. They take a lot of pride in their work. They appreciated partnering with you.
