First of all if work in a work related injury tell you to go here DONT setting for a more professional staff .
Extremely rude and refuse to help with anything and always says there machines and everything is broken like the McDonald's ice cream machine. Also the man in the front desk with a beard needs to find another job that suits him more to being just plan rude

Very careless!! Sat there for 2hours for a five min processed. Very expensive!!! Had to call to get my results and the lady on the phone didn’t not care or help with recommendations on medicine to take!
Staff is excellent. Rachel was great and quickly decided on a treatment plan that would work to make me feel better soon. Wait time was too long due to a computer software problem. It seemed to move very slowly but I think Rachel was the only PA on duty. Would suggest at least 2 PA on duty during busy hours.

This place is Ran So incompetently that it's a shame. I would not recommend this place to anyone no separation from obviously sick patients from people here for workers comp or other issues that are not sick and front staff is extremely incompetent

David - I am sorry that the wait was longer than you like. As an Urgent Care facility, our check ins are based on estimates and are not appointments as specified on the site. Our goal is to get everyone in timely, unfortunately if there are extenuating circumstances that require more time with another patient it can push back other times. Harmful and unprofessional treatment
First of all, no one disclosed that there is no rapid covid test prior to my payment.
Second, no one verified my allergies.
Megan Bridges PA approached me without introducing herself. She also did not verify my allergies, of which I have many. Her charting notes stated I am on homemeds Cipro, which is not what I wrote nor did she verify what I take. She makes sloppy reports. She also had some other staff take my covid swab based on my symptoms and it was only then anyone bothered to tell me there is no rapid available.
Megan and the staff did not wear appropriate PPE as per the CDC guidelines and common sense to swab me or treat me. And so they knowingly cause harm to other patients by spreading germs. If I didn't have covid then I could get it from them now. These people need to be held accountable for their lack of upholding minimum standards.
Turns out my lab came back a little sooner than 24 hours and it was positive. As of July 23 2023 at 12:09pm.
When I was discharged I was told no discharge papers are given. I argued this was the first urgent care across the world and state that I have been to since the pandemic that does not give discharge paper work with the excuse they do not finish charting for 24 hours. As a former ER nurse myself I know this is complete misinformation on the staffs part and on the provider previously named. Dishonest unprofessional and harmful treatment.
I will not recommend this facility and will report shortly.

Alexandra, I am sorry that you were not content with your treatment. Our consent forms do state that we do not offer a Rapid COVID test, our facility never has because of the fact that they are not as accurate as a molecular COVID test which does have to be sent out. After a long night of not feeling well, I got online at 6 AM to make an appointment. They had an open appointment at 8:20 in the morning. I waited less than five minutes in the lobby. The medical technician took very great care of me and was very thorough. The doctor came in within 10 minutes of being in the room and assessed my condition and prescribed a course of treatment and I was out of there in probably 30 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend going there.

We usually have good experience here, we do online appointment and checking to try speed up the process, the only complaint so far is the waiting time, even with an appointment I had to wait more than an hour on the room to be seen by a PA. Please work on that, as makes no difference on doing walk in and appointment.

Hi Jorge, I appreciate your feedback. Our online check in system is mainly meant to get you in the line without having to physically be in the clinic, allowing you to wait at home. Unfortunately due to the nature of Urgent Care, sometimes we get back logged with patients that have needs to be addressed that just take up more time than others. Always a great experience. They are my go to when I can not get in with my PCM. Always have a great experience staff is very knowledgeable and never in a rush . They will take the time to answer all of you medical questions and do not make you feel rushed. Highly recommend

Had been co gest3d for a couple of days then got up o e morning and my throat was raw and swollen. Could barely swallow. Integra got me in right away, they took a strep test that turned out neg so they gave me steroids and antibiotics. It's been two days and I'm feeling g much better. Throat is still swollen but much better. Staff was great.
