Caroline, apologies for the inconvenience caused, I can understand it can be frustrating to be left with no power. As explained onsite there was a fault with your switchboard which caused the safety switch to continue to trip. As this is an electrical issue, and we are not licensed electricians, we could not fix the issue. Also as this was a rental property, and you were the tenant we could not arrange an electrican without the approval of the home owner. We left the issue with the property manager to rectify and trust that is was sorted out in a timely manner.
