I absolutely love Insitu Cafe! As a professional working nearby, it's become my go-to spot for everything from quick coffee runs to lunch meetings and even solo work sessions. The vibe inside is just perfect - it's got this cool, modern feel but still manages to be super inviting and cozy.
The staff here are amazing. They always greet me with a smile and remember my usual order. It's clear they really care about what they do and want to make sure every customer has a great experience. Plus, they're happy to chat and offer suggestions if you're feeling adventurous and want to try something new.

First the staff said the kitchen is closed when we wanted to redeem the buy one get one offer. He offered us to instead order the food in cabinet for the deal. But then was informed about having to order two drinks in order to redeem the offer, which they could have stated in the condition but they did not. After a while I noticed the other table actually could order food from kitchen, which was strange. He walked to me and explained after seeing my review. Appreciate for the hard work.

A must visit for those seeking a delicious breakfast in a very relaxing and intimate environment. I had the full breakfast and the highlight was the super tasty pork and apple sausage and sesame toast. The coffee was really really very good too. Highly recommend.

It was 12pm Tuesday 26th March- In my experience of spending over $90(you would think the customer service had to exceed as the cost increased) quite the opposite, was it worth it? Most certainly not. In my opinion the waiter was very rude, he kept over talking me as i tried to ask a question regarding my meal, he wouldn't let me speak, as I kept my cool and responsed excuse me, Can you let me speak?😡.
It was not the experience I was looking for. Will i go back? Most certainly not. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable dining there.
