Inside Out did a beautiful job! We had a screened in porch remodeled into a sunroom and we’re very happy! This was a fairly big project and the team was excellent; Ricardo, Ivan, and David do amazing work! They are highly skilled in construction and have a great eye for detail! Inside Out communicates everything up front and we had daily follow ups. Derek was great at keeping us informed and answering any questions. He was here at our house a lot and he and the team were in constant communication. We appreciated everything; the hard work, pricing, niceness, and follow up. We would recommend them over and over and will use them for other projects!

An overall very disappointing experience. Had them out to provide a quote for a remodel for my grandfathers house, and the overall walk through and discussion with Jody and 2 men in charge of the windows/doors was very thorough and seemed hopeful. We discussed our initial goal price point and were hoping to get a breakdown of different cost estimates for the project. Jody informed us she could provide a very rough break down of cost and what the overall idea of certain parts of the project (the kitchen specifically) may roughly look like. I asked her if there was a cost to receive this info/breakdown and she stated there wasn’t and that she could get it to us in a couple of days, at most a week.
After a week and a half of hearing nothing, we reached out to get an update. We were informed by Jody that she was finalizing some things and would get back to us shortly. Another week goes by, we reach out again. We were informed by Jody that Charlie, the owner, is out of town and he has to verify all quotes before they can be sent over but she will send it over asap. ANOTHER week goes by, we reach out again. Jody calls us and informs us the rough cost is over our discussed budget but she stated she will send over what she has for us later that day. After hearing nothing for another several days, we reach out one final time. Jody calls back and the first thing she states on the phone is “oh you all are still interested in the project?”. I informed her we have received no break down of any cost and have no information to even go off of to decide what projects we would or would not like to move forward with. I asked her if she had completed the rough mock up of the kitchen project she had stated she would send over about 4 weeks prior. She stated that she had not completed that and would send over a rough mock up that night. She also stated that we would need to pay a down payment before we got any kind of official mock up. I informed her we have received NO information to give any type of down payment towards. That evening, she sent over a last minute thrown together mock up of our kitchen project that wasn’t even accurately laid out in relation to the house and made no sense.
The communication was terrible, the follow through was non-existent, and what seemed like a fun project on my grandfathers home was made extremely difficult. If there was a lack of interest on a project that was, I admit, a big one ; clear communication would be the appropriate way to go about redirecting a project like this. It is a clients decision to decide what budget is appropriate for them and if they are able to move forward with a project, it is not the company’s job to decide for the client that they “probably couldn’t afford it”. Overall EXTREMELY disappointing and will not be using this company for any future projects. I would like to thank the girl/girls at the front desk for atleast always trying to redirect our calls to get us answers or provide us updates as they were able.

Sales person did not provide accurate quote, items that we discussed were not included. Salesperson would not and has not responded to questions.
Poor management of material deliveries
Poor management of subcontractors - lack of instructions.
Description of products did not match what was provided. (Cabinets) **to clarify the description of what the cabinets would appear as did not match what we were given i.e. professional paint job.
Corners were cut on many facets of work.
It appears the salesperson and project manager abandoned the job before it was completed. We felt like the PM's toward the end of the job.
Quality of job certainly did not match the price.

We are thoroughly pleased with the process from Paul, who came out to give us the quotes, Derek, who was supervising the teams, and the multiple workers who completed all the work to update our home. We had the chimney cap replaced, exterior trim replaced, all the exterior trim power washed and painted and a ceiling repair. Eric, who did the ceiling repair is an artist. You would never know there was any damage to the ceiling! Inside Out did a fantastic job with communication, reasonable pricing, and quality workmanship.

We recently purchased our home and during the process some repairs needed to be completed by a contractor hired by the seller. Derek and his company handled those repairs, and we were very impressed with their professionalism and commitment to doing things the right way.
Even though we were not their direct clients, Derek treated us with great respect and took our concerns seriously. When we felt that some of the repairs needed improvement, he personally came to the property and spent the entire day making sure everything was completed properly.
He did not leave until the work was done well and we felt comfortable with the results. That level of responsibility and attention to detail gave us a lot of peace of mind during an important moment for our family.
It’s rare to see this level of care and accountability. We truly appreciate Derek’s effort and professionalism.

We had them remove our old bathroom vanity and top, faucet etc. We purchased these new items ourselves and did not realize that some adjustments would be needed to make it fit, Jose did a good job, and it looks great. We will recommend them if you need this type of work performed. Good Job!

Very Unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would. Paul came out in October to give a quote and said he would get right back with a quote. I had to follow up a week later and he said he was working on it. I again had to call a few weeks later and Paul said the team was working on it to give us the best quote. I followed up again with a text same old answer that they were working on it. Can only imagine what it would have been like if the project was started and this is how they treat customers. 3 months later ……… I have moved on

I do not write reviews for companies often, but this is one that I feel needs to be shared with the current state of this company from a customer's perspective.
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
2 years ago we had a garage window replaced without any issue. They were timely, easy to work with, and in-and-out without any rework needed to get done. A 5/5 star experience.
A year later we went with them again for our back patio door replacement due to water damage. This was a disastrous process. From the errors and unfinished work, to having multiple crews out to our home at hours that fit them and still nothing actually getting done. Finally, competent individuals came out and did the finishing work and installed the screen door. Yet again, water is still coming through the door after being told "it should all be fixed!" A true 0/5 star experience.
At the same time, we had an ongoing project with our bathroom window being done. The window replacement went fine. During the replacement, the crew cracked our bathroom tile. There was communication back to their leadership about the cracked tile. When the finished job was done, the paint looks like a kindergarten painting with streaks all around, and the woodworking is sub par at best. Another poor experience. 1/5 stars.
If you can afford to go with anyone else, I would highly recommended that. They have some good hearted people working there, but the current state of the company does not represent a quality or finished product.

Recently completed my Kitchen, Master Bath and Jack & Jill bathrooms with Inside Out. Working with Paul to quote the job and all the flexible options offered for controlling costs was fantastic. Installation was smooth, easy going crew members who set out mats every day to keep my house as undisturbed as possible. Great project manager in Jordan Hill who stopped by almost daily to check on process and address any concerns. Would recommend Inside Out to friends and family.
