This was an okay exterior my children. But I think the cleanliness can improve a little bit as there are children clearly eating in the toys because there are chip crums and such in the floor. The room is not too big do it also feels a little crowded. My kids loved the octopus. I would not recommend if you have a child who is anxious with people or hypersensitivity to sounds. My oldest refused to move from his seat so we weren't there long but that's not something I consider in the ranking as it's something personal. But I still think cleanliness can improve.
I just wish the staff were more on top of keeping the bigger kids out of the 1-3 year old section. My 2 year old was so happy jumping on the trampoline for the first time. When 3 big probably 8 year old boys and girl came charging in and ran across the trampoline causing my 2 year old to fall off. one of the 8 year old tripped nearly landing on her and the other 8 year old trying not to trip over there friend almost stomped on my daughters head but instead just smashed her tiny little finger with his heel. Her fingers are black and blue for a week and she is now terrified of trampolines and bigger kids. I feel like this place should at most be 1-6 or because 8 9 10 year olds are huge and they get so amped up and forget that 1 2 3 years old are super tiny. Super bummed used to come here weekly and now my daughter starts to cry if she thinks that we are going there.
The Littles played and played for hours. Take a lunch or snack and you can enjoy it still within the facility but off the play area when the Littles get hungry or thirsty. Just the right size for 5 yr olds on the main play area though some activities give a little challenge. Have areas for even younger. And some of the climbing and the plastic soft ball area will need some assistance or age skills. Birthday party prior was a blast. Recommend.
If it’s below zero I will rate that, the front desk staff is very rude, the is a elderly lady who will not let you speak. I have been regular to this place, and today I visited this place with my two kids, after paying for the entire she reached out to me asking to buy the socks, I asked why she has not told me about this earlier, but she keeps on talking about the rule.

@Aseem Kumar- it seems to us that you are implying that the rules don't apply to you. Assuming you are telling the truth that you did not not the rule about socks earlier, why did you not follow it even after requesting you multiple times. You were adamant on not wearing socks inside the play area. We have ZERO tolerance for RUDE & entitled people like you & in hindsight should have asked you to leave.

Great place to play, with celebrate our daughter but great. And it was amazing. Callie if I’m wrong name I’m sorry, she was our birthday person who took care. Thank yo how much, she plaid with kids,, helped to serve to clean. 100% I recommend with staff Callie. She is amazing.
