I had leaky Skylights tried to fix but it did not work. Called InovativeSoultions. They were out to do the estamet and as soon as new skylights came to do the installation. Lovely guys who did the install , cleaned up all the mess. They were lovely people to deal with. Answered all my questions. No leaks yesterday with all the rain. Just the lovely sound on the roof, and no drips inside
We are so happy that we chose Innovative Building Services to renovate our home! We are not handy people, and the thought of doing a major reno to our kitchen and first floor was overwhelming. They walked us through every single step of the process and were much more efficient with the timeline than any other company we vetted because they coordinated the whole project so carefully. Jessie, our project manager, showed up almost every day to touch base, and ended the day with daily updates on their online project log. Jessie was incredibly knowledgable and adept at coordinating all the moving parts in a project like this. The whole team was truly phenomenal. We cannot recommend them highly enough! We will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to work on the second floor!

Rich, Jen, Conner, and the crew are the sleaziest of all folks in the business. Reaching out to families, verbally accepting offers, then lying about spending time with family to delay returning paperwork as they use people as pawns to try and make a few extra dollars. Glad we could be a part of their success and con story. I wouldn’t trust these individuals to do anything that’s important to you - not about their work about their morals and principles.
Steve, Im really sorry you and your family didn't get the home you wanted. I tried to reach out and offered to call and talk to you about this afterwords. Your offer didn't have any financing pre approval. Your offer was 235k under asking. You also have a home to sell. You asked for roughly 60 days to close because your family wants to sell that home before closing your proposed deal for Troyer. Your agent didn't have any info on that home to sell situation since he wasn't going to list it... stated he didn't know your family super well when our agent asked about his offer confidence..and he wasn't 100% sure on what bank you were using for financing. But he was pretty sure you were qualified. I do apologize if theres anything I might be able to do to help you in the future please let me know.

We are two years out from a $200K+ top to bottom, interior and exterior, CHAP renovation of our Baltimore row home led by Rick and the amazing team at innovative building services. Their work is exceptionally well though out and designed, of the highest quality, and is absolutely stunning. I can say this with a lot of confidence having lived in the home for 2 years - the quality of the work is unquestionable and everyone who steps in our home comments on its immediate appeal and high quality design. Rick has a keen eye for detail and design and doesn’t settle for less than perfect. There were several times throughout the renovation when work wasn’t conducted to his standards, and he reworked the area until it was perfect, at his own expense. He does not compromise on design, and spent hours with us working through the minute details of our project. Rick has immense integrity as a contractor and leader of his team. He completely stands by his work, and we have been in touch with him many times over the two years to follow-up with questions or concerns that arose. He treats his team very well, and is shows in their dedication to his projects and the quality and integrity they also bring to the table. On a personal note, Rick is extremely patient, understanding, and respectful. He was never rude or condescending, even as we went into this project knowing nothing about home renovation! He patiently and thoughtfully responded to our most naive questions - this was especially important to me as a woman, after meeting several contractors who would only make eye contact with my husband! I don’t know anyone who was as happy with their contractor as we were with Rick, and we only hope he will be willing to take the lead on our next project for us!!
