I stayed at the hotel 4 days/3 night.
Here is why I give the hotel 2/5:
1. Room: Overall fine, the bed was comfortable, there was a small kitchen including a fridge, but I found that the bathroom was a bit outdated. I wish the hotel provided at least one water bottle when you arrive, but we were told that it was extra. There was a sofa bed, but the hotel did not provide any blankets. We called for the blankets and waited approximately 3 hours before receiving them.
2. Restaurant: I only had breakfast at the hotel and I found that the choices offered were limited. The choices included local pastries, fruits, baleadas, omelettes, etc. It was a small buffet and the same food was offered during the 4 days. The natural juices offered were different each day. I received to ticket for a drink as a welcome gift. Upon arriving at the bar, we were told that it wasn’t for any drink of our choice. The alcoholic drinks were approximately 13 USD. There was a restaurant by the beach, the main course was around 20-30 USD. I didn’t eat at the restaurant there because they offered ‘’international food’’ such as pizzas and pastas, but I wanted to eat the local food. Instead, I went to another hotel nearby that offered better options.
3. Service: On the first night, the internet worked for an hour and then suddenly stopped working. We called the reception and we were told that no one could come fix the internet. Therefore, we had no internet on the first night. We had a sofa bed, but no blankets were provided. We waited approximately 2hrs before receiving the blankets, but had to go directly to the reception because they were not answering the phone despite our mutiple attemps. To be very honest, I was a bit disappointed of the service overall.
4. Beach + Pool: The pool area (which is the main area) was beautiful, well maintained, clean and quiet. The beach was absolutely beautiful and there was a direct access to the beach. Towels/chairs are available for hotel guests. Be aware that lots of locals will pass by and try to sell you food/souvenirs/tours etc. You do get disturbed a lot, but they were friendly so it was fine. There was also security and the police walked by often. It was very safe and there was no issue during my trip.
5. Vibe: The hotel was quiet pretty early (around 8 pm) since there were no entertainments offered at the bar in the main area. I thought there would be more ambiance, but I was wrong. I went to other hotels to eat and they offered entertainments (ex karaoke).
Will I be back at the Infinity Bay ? Probably not. The service (or lack thereof) is the reason why I wouldn’t be back. Initially, I wanted to book with another hotel chain, but decided otherwise after a friend recommended this hotel.

Room 1902. The 1 bedroom units were very nice with plenty of space. Very comfortable. The blinds at the sliding glass entry door need to be replaced. Slats kept falling out and wouldn’t work correctly. Never was able to get local tv reception. Used our own Netflix account when we wanted to watch something at night.

Great room. The room and stay were both great, however I noticed that the woman at the front desk, Kelly, went above and beyond in terms of service. I was admittedly a bit of a pain throughout my stay, but Kelly seemed to almost not notice this, she was very helpful and kind. That is all.
