My Infiniti Experience I had a wonderful experience with Infiniti Jewellers at the Ultraluxe Fair 2024. Saahil was down-to-earth, relationship-focused and really got to the heart of what I wanted. This is a milestone year for me turning 40 and it was lovely that I found a beautiful, everyday piece to mark the start of this new decade of my life. The concept and functionality of the Infiniti pieces are novel and Saahil is very knowledgeable. The wealth of expertise acquired over 40 years of business shows when speaking with Saahil about gems and investment pieces. Very happy to have met, purchased and am excited to cultivate this relationship as well as learn about this topic area further. Thank you for the experience.

Great experience & creation with Infiniti Jewels for my bespoke ring. Saagar was really patience and kind in sourcing the perfect gem for my ring, he understands what I was looking for and manage to find the best value for quality within my price range. I was sourcing the right gem from at least 10 vendors and finally found it here. Design process was seamless, service is impeccable. Would recommend Infiniti Jewels for anyone looking for fine jewellery.

I was recommended to this place by a close friend of mine. Didn't expect much as I was still in limbo looking for the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Service was top notched as Mr Saagar, assisted me with all the much needed knowledge I needed to know about diamond rings. The demands that I requested from him. All were accepted and made to perfection from him. When I received the end product, I was very much amazed with the craftsmanship and impressed with the design that I made so much demands for. I 100% highly recommend this place to anyone looking for custom made jewelries. As they will service all kinds of difficult demands that we can ask for. Best of all, was the service and assurance that Mr Saagar and his team provided.

Saahil and Debbie were incredibly helpful and professional. My fiancé and I initially walked in as a purely fact-finding mission for an engagement ring, on recommendation from my auntie. I did not expect to walk out 2 days later with the perfect ring! We described our goals and sample designs to Saahil, and Debbie popped into the rear and pulled out a simply amazing ring. I was recommended Infiniti by a colleague. I am glad for it. Infiniti has the most exquisite designs. What i love about them is that the designs are customizable- you can buy earrrings and wear them in multiple ways ! Saahil educated us on the basics in a very detailed and thoughtful way, providing recommendations along the way. It is a very different experience from the high street jewelers both from a customer service and customization perspective. Saahil was highly responsive and patient in showing us a variety of diamonds such that, over the course of several visits, we were able to create a customized ring that was exactly what we wanted. All around a great experience!
