My odometer was rolled back it does not match the records. Had to dig deep in the vehicle history because the engine exploded on me almost a year ago. Yes im still paying on it and have 2 years left I maxed out 3 credit cards and its still not enough to get it the dodge durango running so thank you whole sale for scamming me out of almost 20k. I want nothing in return just be back in the same situation with another "lemon🍋" 😕. At first I wasn't going to post my review because my vehicle was used with high miles, but wow im lost of words. The warranty they sold did not cover anything. They dont care they got their money, i know how it works. Anx im the clown for ever even trusting an establishment as such with my hard earned money.
Headache. I originally set up a date and time to go view a vehicle when I arrived the vehicle would not start. The online photos had been angled to specifically not show damage to the vehicle. That should have been my first clue. But I rescheduled the meeting after they insured me the vehicle would be good to go. My second appointment the vehicle did indeed start and drive. After they had ran my credit and finalized the deal and while signing paperwork, they mentioned that the vehicle is a lemon title. Nowhere was that information available and they told me the vehicle pricing was nonnegotiable as it’s “priced to sell”. (Vehicle had been with dealership for 2 months) Less than 48 hours after pulling out of the dealership, the check engine light came on, so I reached back out to them. Initially, they told me the $4000 warranty that I had purchased did not cover the CEL and they would quote me the repair. However, they did say in the end they would replace the sensor for free. I got the vehicle back to the service department for repair and picked the vehicle up. Before I got home, the check engine light came on and read the exact same sensor. Leads me to believe this was never repaired. All around much better options for dealerships locally and I would highly suggest for those. I could keep going on about their financing being ridiculously high for good credit, the vehicle was never cleaned, needs oil changed, etc. If I could return the vehicle, I would. Now I’m going to have to find another dealership and get the sensors repaired the correct way out of pocket. I also had to threaten legal action after months to get my cancelled warranty money refunded.. UPDATE: Finally this dealership gets the news they deserve. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
This dealership has filed for bankruptcy. I bought a car in January and it was a fair deal and everything so far seems to be okay with the car besides the A.C. which I couldn't test because it was winter. Cheeky; but I never recieved anything in the mail to be able to go register my vehicle.
Then, I went to the DMV to make sure it wasn't sent electronically, which it wasn't of course, and have had to jump through a TON of hoops and was basically told it wasn't their problem since they had all of the titles for vehicles taken by the bank they owe money to. The tile that was supposed to be sent to the credit union I recieved my loan through. Exhausted and so disappointed is an understatement. I'm young and was so excited to buy my first vehicle all by myself without the advice or anything from my parents. This entire thing has been so embarrassing because I feel like I was being taken advantage of somehow.
I've been in touch with my credit union and luckily, they were able to get ahold of my tilte, which doesn't have my name on it the way it's supposed to. Now, I am in the process of attempting to prove that I even ever bought the car.
Luckily, I believe the Bill of Sale will straighten that out.
The only reason I've been able to drive my vehicle legally is because my credit union worked out getting another temporary license to get me though until we are able to fix this. The dealership denied being able to do this for me.
It has been a long journey and a lot of adult phone calls I reeeallllly didn't want to make over the past few months.
I do NOT recommend buying a vehicle through Indy Wholesale Direct.
Nio was very helpful in the begining with whole buying process, I would not refer friends to come and buy here .
I have called him numerous times won't return my text or call . Attention to anyone buying a car or truck don't buy here ......seriously not a very
Good place to buy they are only nice , till to buy
....
Do NOT buy a car from here!! This was the worst mistake I've ever made. This company is terrible. They took our money, gave us a car that isn't working and won't even return our calls! And when I showed up to talk to them, no one is there and the warehouse is empty...like they got out of dodge with my money. I've filed a complaint with the AG and will be looking into a small claims lawsuit (if I can find them).
Don't do it. The deal isn't that good. Go somewhere else.
I traded in my car and bought a new one back on 11/24/2025. Fast forward to today 1/23/2026 and the loan holder of the trade-in vehicle hasn't been reached out to. I have emailed and was told that I would get a call from management. I have heard nothing back on this. Will update this review when I can get a proper response.
This is an edit to my original review:
I would never recommend Indy Wholesale Direct to anyone. The sales representative I bought the car through, Tiffany, quit a few days after my purchase. This left me with no support or point of contact, which was especially frustrating because of the following experiences:
As part of the purchase agreement, the missing passenger seatbelt tensioner was to be replaced and installed by the dealership. This never happened, even through all the following trips to the dealership.
Two days after leaving my initial positive review, the valve cover in my car started leaking, dripping oil onto my O2 sensor, causing smoke and a burning oil smell. This happened 11 days after purchase. I dropped the car off the next day and was told to come pick it up 11 days later. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that the problem had not been remedied. I dropped it back off 3 days after. 5 days later, I called the dealership 3 times to confirm that the repair had been completed and was told it had been. I waited for an hour at the dealership that day, only to be told that there was a problem they caused with one of the cylinders and could not take the car home. I was told I would be texted the following morning and would have my car delivered to my house, since I had made so many trips to the dealership.
Six days later, I still had not received any communication. Eventually, I got my car back. It lasted for maybe a month before the valve cover started leaking again. I informed the service manager, Patrick, that I needed to be provided a loaner since all the days I'd already spent without my car caused me to miss work. It never happened. I eventually had to take my car to an actual repair shop to fix. This cost me several thousand dollars. All this time, the seatbelt tensioner was never replaced. I ended up doing it myself with one I bought from eBay. Took 20 minutes.
All this to say, this business has no regard for their customers once they've completed their purchase. This struggle with Indy Wholesale Direct was a months-long headache, one that left me sincerely regretting ever buying a car from them. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
Wouldn't go here again, most of the cars here are probably all lemons too just like the one i got from here, from the sketchy financing to bringing the pos back there to get fixed for the same problem that was already fixed before i got the car, havent even driven it a month yet, that only has 80k miles, and you dont get to pick the car either, i can hardly call this place a 'dealer' of any kind, waste of money even getting anything from here, buyer beware
I just purchased a vehicle from this company and my experience was phenomenal..Quick and easy no extra unneeded hassles..and Caleb the young salesperson whom I dealt with was very helpful and provided me with information on questions I had about the vehicle promptly and honestly..I would highly recommend that if you are searching for a vehicle to give this company a try.
