Our longest and Best trip ever! We just finished our 24 days trip from Cambodia to Vietnam, all booked through Indochinatreks travel. At first, we intended to book only 8 days cruise the the Jahan cruise with Kelvin. But decided to have him done all the rest. He did perfect consultancy, which fits our interests so well. Kelvin was so patient and knowledge answering many questions from us. Every thing went well as planned from the time we landed in Cambodia. We were alway welcomed by a friendly guide at the airport, had good hotels to stay in at each. We wanted a relaxing tour and Kelvin created one just for us. We will recommend Kelvin and Indochinatreks to anyone!

Excellent cruise on the Mekong Delta We have just returned from a fantastic cruise up the Mekong Delta on the Jahan . We travelled from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh . The boat was fantastic . The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the cabin was spacious with a private balcony . They organised really interesting trips off the boat . I really enjoyed Thai Chi on the top deck at sunrise . We also really enjoyed the cookery class. Kelvin organised it all for us and did an excellent job .

20 day tour Cambodia - Vietnam We had a very long holiday with Indochinatreks travel for 20 days visiting Cambdoai and Vietnam. Kelvin did arrange all for us. It's my best trip ever. I selected customized itinerary with our hotel choices and activities. All were so well designed that we enjoyed every seconds. Kelvin lived online and he could answer my dozen of questions in munities. Our overall itinerary look as follows: Siemreap - Phnom penh - Saigon - mekong cruise - Hoian - heu -Hanoi - halong bay. The only change I would make was doing 3 days for Halong instead of 2 days. It took us quite much time for transfer. So we had just 1 full day for this tour. I will highly recommend Kelvin from Indochinatreks travel. They are so professional and reliable. THANKS FOR A GREAT TRIP!

Food Tour w Mason Mason was such a good tour guide around Hanoi. We had him for the food tour but he went along and briefed us with everything we needed to know to get around Vietnam: places to go to, what to watch out for, cultural and historical information! The food stops we ate in were also great! Not just because of the food but the story behind it. Would totally recommend this tour and him as the tour guide for for those looking to taste and know more about Vietnam!

My best trip ever! Our friends who visited Vietnam and Cambodia did recommend Kelvin Do @ Indochinatreks. And he did great job, all above our expectation. He suggested us very good itinerary from Cambodia to Vietnam for 3 weeks. We visited: Siem Reap, Saigon, mekong (on an overnight cruise), Hoian, Hue, Hanoi and Halong bay. I did alway get very prompt reply from Kelvin fron or very first email. He answered my all questions within the day. He included all amazing hotels all places. Our all guides spoak perfect English, very friendly and very imformative. We checked the price and tried to do book all our self. But, it's not cheaper as we thought. And we had Kelvin booked all things for us in stead. It's my best decision. I did not have to worry about anything. Wherever we went, we had someone to take care of and had things waiting for us. It's most relaxing long trip I have ever done. I will definitely recommend Kelvin and Indochinatreks. You will never disappointed!

Amazing service from Indochina Treks Travel We traveled to Vietnam in March 2020 and couldn't be happier with the services of Indochina Treks and Kelvin, their representative. From the time we indicated our interest with them they answered our numerous emails within 24 hours and answered our many questions. Once in Vietnam everything went smoothly, all our hotel/airport transfers and daily tours were on time. In addition we were there during the Covid 19 crisis and Kelvin made all necessary changes to our itinerary as required and kept in daily contact with us. I highly recommend Indochina Treks to anyone travelling to Vietnam/Cambodia! They were amazing. As our trip was cut short due to the virus, we plan to return next year to see the rest of the country and will definitely book with Indochina Treks.

Fantastic knowledgeable service from Kelvin Do We booked a mouth tour as a trip of a lifetime with Indochina Treks which we have just managed to complete before the madness started. 24 days of hotels, boats, planes, trains, transfers, guided tours and cookery courses all organised to perfection by Kelvin Do and his team. He was infinitely patient with my many questions and super responsive - frankly he put the other tour operators I was considering booking with to shame, with the speed of his responses and knowledge. He was also very competitive on costings. This was the biggest ever trip of our lives and we felt in very safe and knowledgeable hands. We cant recommend Indochina Treks highly enough. I would definitely book with them again once we are able to travel again.

15 days Vietnam We have booked our 15 days trip to Vietnam with Indochina Treks Travel and I fully recommend to use this agency with a special thanks to Ms. Thuy who helped us to plan our itinerary with many suggestions. Outstanding Service I want to recommend Kelvin Do as an outstanding SE Asian travel adviser. I was looking to book a Mekong River cruise and found his company, Indochina Treks, in an advertisement for Mekong River cruises. I checked out the reviews and saw his were excellent and contacted him with some questions. The following are my comments about my experience with him.Great Response time - it looks like Kelvin lives on line. He replied to all of my e mails within the same day, usually in a matter of hours. All answers were complete and in excellent English. No question was too basic for him.Good insight - Kelvin was very helpful with many practical questions I had about planning my trip (30 days to 10 different destinations in 4 countries) such as how much time to spend in each place, what sequence was most efficient, what type of visa I should apply for.Knowledgeable - we booked a Mekong River cruise and a Ha Long bay cruise with Kelvin. His advice about ship, cabin location, time and logistics were all perfect. I know that when you choose an travel agent on line in another country that you do not know, it can be stressful, especially when you do not see them face to face. He even stopped by our hotel after our last stop in Hanoi to say hello. Rest assured that with Kelvin you are in great hands and will not regret it.

Dragon Eyes We travelled to Vietnam first Saigon then Phu Quoc but the best part was our over night stay on Dragon Eyes. We had a 2 cabin cruise which was amazing, best part of our trip.The staff were amazing and the host Thuy from Indochina was fantastic, she organised everything.Our cabin was better than a 5 star resort. We shared our trip with 2 other people from London and they were lovely.The food omg was never ending and delicious and we also could buy beer, cool drink and cocktails on board.We visited the floating markets which was so interesting and also visited and met locals from a village. The only thing I could fault was that I'm disappointed with my self I didn't book 2 or 3 nights. It was the most relaxing time of our 2 week holiday.My husband and I loved our cruise down the Mekong.Thank you to the captain, tour guide, chef and the other two great staff.I would definitely recommend this cruise, you won't be disappointed.

Exceptional operator. Providing a superb deal on Pandaw river cruises We used Indochina Treks Travel to book a Loas Mekong cruise with the well respected Pandaw line. The cost significantly undercut every other agent that I found on the internet, including going direct to Pandaw with their members discount! Klevin's communication throughout were very fast and detailed. An exceptional Travel agent, highly recommended.On the Pandaw cruise - I would suggest looking at Heritage line which for a similar advertised price has really exceptional 5* boats, particularly the Anawrahta in Myanmar, compared to Pandaws 2.5*.

Most Stress free Holiday Ever - Thanks This is the first time I have never booked everything myself or booked through a local agent so I was a little nervous at first but the staff at the Hanoi office were prompt and gave great itinerary suggestions. I cannot tell you how smoothly everything under these guy's control went. All the guides, drivers accommodation and meals were really good. We will be keeping contact with a few of the people contracted by these guys. Honestly if you want to see south east Asia with minimal stress these people were wonderful to deal with. I was not their easiest client due to the chaos caused by Cathay Pacific flight delays and for that I want to offer my sincere apology to those in the office. Love you guys. Thanks so much for an unforgettable holiday. See you in 2027 when we bring the grand-kids over to Hanoi.

Great service, amazing staff We had just a week for our vacation last month, and we relied to Indochine Treks Travel to plan it for us. They were fast to answer our email request and provided a detailed plan for a week to be spent in Vietnam. We arrived in Hanoi, proceeded to Sapa, went to Ha Long Bay for a night. It was an active week but filled with splendid views and smiley people. All the guides and staff members were extremely helpful and reliable. It was a great experience for a family of three.
