I've been having some trouble with my morning coffees lately--they're all ordered online. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride, and I know my coffee is always good. I really appreciate the hard work and multitasking that MIKAELA does as a barista.
This location change there quality
I had a green tea peach a week ago it was very bad
There cutting it down with to much water
I had them do another one came out the same way
today I got a mango dragon fruit
Same thing they taste like a diet drink
No flavor just water and some color
I’m not coming back to this location
There putting to much water who ever is making the concentrated juice back there

This is my favorite Starbucks in the city. The staff got to know me really fast, even though I only go in once a week . The store is large, roomy, and very light with floor to ceiling windows.
One of my top criteria is having a comfortable chair to sit in, and this store has plenty. It also has a long table to spread out papers, ample bench seating with small tables, and handicapped tables.
I specifically asked for something I could get free refills on like a pot of coffee. My kids and wife all got fancy coffee's. A black girl who was very friendly showed me a menu of 2 different options I could chose. I chose one of them and drank the coffee. The employees who sold me the coffees were gone. Instead a female with red hair and a nose ring was working the counter. She told me I could not get free refills and the other employees were wrong. I told her I was advised to purchase that coffee with the understanding I would be getting refills because that is what I wanted several cups of coffee. She did not appear to listen to me, or thought I was trying to scam her. I sat down for a few minutes. Then my wife confirmed with me we were told to buy that particular coffee to get refills. The girl with the red hair and nose ring briefly acknowledged us and I had said I would just buy another coffee and the nose ring girl walked away from me as I was talking. I was about to buy another coffee. This is unacceptable customer service. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the NM attorney general. Starbucks needs to take responsibility for its employees not knowing the correct information. Also, walking away from me as I was about to buy a coffee completely unfriendly. I went to McDonald's and bought another coffee. Does nose ring mean bad customer service?

Good afternoon Zakk. I’m sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. I did check in with the crew to find out if this was a communication or training gap and it seems like it might have been a little of both. We are a licensed store and most of our policies are similar to the Starbucks corporate stores, and in this case, I believe we are the same. To be clear, our current policy allows you to purchase any drink you like and as long as you stay on-site, you may have a free “refill” of brewed coffee, iced tea, or iced coffee. You would pay for any modifications to the base beverage. Hopefully your travels will bring you back here and we can make things right. Next time you stop in, please ask for me and I will even buy your first drink in the hopes of earning back your business. I will mention we are one of the last non-drive-thru stores in the city, and as you saw, we have an enormous facility benefitting the nineteen pueblos of New Mexico and decorated with really beautiful Native inspired artwork. It’s a great place to bring kids and hang out with your family or meet with business associates in our conference room. So many people love this location because it reminds them of the olden days of Starbucks when personal connections and time well spent enjoying a great cup of coffee were the cornerstone of everything we did. You also had two of the finest people I’ve ever worked with after many years at Starbucks helping you that day. Our entire crew is seasoned and eager to make everyone’s experience here wonderful. Stopped in to order a hot decaf blonde coffee and a chicken jalapeño wrap. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t carry decaf blonde, and they were also out of the jalapeño wrap (despite it still being on display). I settled for a decaf latte and a falafel wrap instead.
When my drink came out, it was iced instead of hot. With limited time, I couldn’t wait for it to be remade, so I left with a drink I didn’t want that tasted off.
Between the limited menu, being out of items, and the wrong drink, I ended up spending $10+ without getting what I originally ordered. If you visit, I’d recommend giving yourself extra time for possible order corrections or being ready to choose alternatives.

This is my favorite Starbucks in New Mexico. This location is special for a number of reasons.
First, it is a Starbucks owned by the Pueblo indian tribes of New Mexico. Supporting this location helps support the pueblo tribe.
Second, this location is very unique. It is the largest Starbucks in New Mexico. Outside and inside, it has beautiful pueblo-inspired architectural features. Inside, there is beautiful pueblo-inspired artwork.
Third, the employees are just genuinely friendly. They tend to have stable employees here, so you get to know them, and they get to know you. For me, a friendly wave and nice quick conversation helps set my day off in a positive direction.
Not to get mushy, but i genuinely appreciate the friendships i have made here!

Seven days without a Starbucks beverage makes one weak.
One customer before me and the store was empty and quiet prior to us walking in.
Service was a little lacking. My personal cup is kinda in your face, hard to miss, with all those stickers covering the original off season enamel pattern. I was surprised that I had to tell the party taking my order a second time that I had a personal cup as it sat in the vacant space by the register. I had also requested big pup cups for a couple of my BIG (Giant breed) dogs. I did receive a couple little cups filled like an ice cream cone. Prior to her beginning to fill one I asked again for something a little bigger and she switched from tiny plastic to tiny paper.

Well, she was nice enough to offer me a tray to carry everything.
I came to this location for the first time on Friday and it is very nice. Most Starbucks are just drive thru with little to no sitting space. This location is beautiful with a large amount of space to sit and chill. There is even an outside patio seating with a fireplace.
