My front load washer quit with a full load of wet towels in it in the middle of the night on Saturday, one week out of warranty š
. AA was the first listed as available and had good reviews so I gave it a shot. Terry arrived at my door in THIRTEEN minutes, diagnosed the problem in less than ONE minute, and will be back with the new pump to fix it on Monday. He told me it will only take about TEN minutes! He also rescued my wet towels from the locked washer so it wonāt mold. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. Iām so impressed!!

I called Terry on Saturday for Dryer repair he came out Sunday morning and did a fantastic job I had a couple of issues going on and he took the time to show me in detail what was going on and didn't rob me I highly recommend AA appliance and will use them again..

A-A Appliance fixed my refrigerator but the waterline broke after pushing the unit back in its place. Water unknowingly leaked for 3 days and turned into an insurance claim for me, about $10-12k in damages. Hardwood floor, baseboards, drywall all ruined and some cabinet damage. Even though I have a case to put the burden all on him, after multiple attempts asking Terry, the owner, to cover half of my deductible, he never responded to me. I will update and hope to say that he stepped up and did the right thing but currently I would not recommend them. Owning up to all the possible things that could go wrong when repairing other peopleās appliances is counting the cost of having a honest business.
Update: I did hear back from Terry. Unfortunately in addition to all the water damage the original fix to the refrigerator did not stay fixed. He agreed to return payment on that. This is a step in the right direction and hopefully I will be compensated for some of my deductible. I will update.
5/22 Update: I haven't gotten the $375 back from the fix that didn't work for my repair. Terry told me 8 days ago he would refund me but I still don't have my money back.
I really wish all this could've been worked out between us and my comments here would've reflected a better experience. After research and the simple facts of exactly what happened there is overwhelming evidence of his liability and how this will end up. It's unfortunate because a lot of this could've been avoided.

Ray did not fix my washer. The washer is holding water and not draining properly/leaking at the bottom. He told me it was the bleach tray? causing this and "cleaned it out". I don't use the bleach tray. He said if it was no better to call back. I called back. Terry said he couldn't get back to me until the following week. No problem. We set up a time. They no showed. I contacted him that day and he said he'd check on where the technician was. I haven't heard from him since. I contacted Terry 3 more times. He will not return my messages. Call someone else if you want something fixed. I paid $79.95 for nothing. I would give 0 stars it it would let me.
A-A Appliance Repair is the BEST!! Called yesterday Terry was out to my home within the hour - he squeezed us in last minute very impressed- fixed our dryer within 15 minutes! Thrilled!! This is our second time having him out - highly satisfied with job done and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of appliance repair! Thanks again Terry!!

Stay Away from AA Appliance Repair - Awful Experience
I had a terrible experience with AA Appliance Repair. I called them to fix our oven and he charged us $300 to change the igniter however the problem was not fixed and we called him back. The guy's name is Terry and he said he needs to change the shut off value and cost US another $200 and we agreed to it. That was a bout 3 months ago and at first he was answering our call however now he does not even answer our call or text. We have tried to reach out to him but no luck. I just want everyone know of this and I am not sure if he deals with his customers the same way or not but I felt I need to share our experience with everyone. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM AA
I would rate them even lower if I had a choice.

Our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a load of laundry. Called and talked to Terry at 7:30pm and he was out at my house the next day at noon. I was at work when Terry got there and my wife was the one at home. He recognized the issue and told my wife itās a simple fix that I could do and save ourselves a couple hundred dollars. Came home from work and washing machine was fixed and running a cycle in an hour. I will be calling him for anything appliance related in the future. Great experience all around.

Had a great experience with AA. Talked to Terry to set up appointment for my freezer issue. My wife dealt with his co worker but she said he was great. He was kind enough to answer on his personal number later that night. He was somewhat positive his fix worked but not totally. He leaned on the side of caution and did the conservative cheap fix first and hoped it would work and thankfully it did. I definitely appreciated him going that route rather than jumping into buying parts and fixing things that might not need to be fixed.

Terry has helped me 3 times, and I will always call him! He is professional, honest and always amazes me how fast he can have someone out to handle whatever the problem is. I've had 2 differnt issues with my clothes washer and 1 with my dishwasher/garbage disposal, he also double checked a concern I had with my dryer. He makes diagnosis of the problem look easy and when I had a larger issue to decide, which way to go-fix or replace Terry was very helpful. He explains everything and discusses options and never treats you like an idiot for not knowing what I'm sure can often be basic stuff.
