Was für ein erlebnisreicher und interessanter Ausflug auf das Weingut im wunderschönen Kakheti. Was ist ein Kvevri-Wein? Fabio Bolognese erklärt es euch in seinem Weinkeller, hoch spannend und eindrücklich. Unglaublich mit wie viel Herzblut und Engagement er diesen natürlichen Biowein herstellt und sich auch noch so viel Zeit für seine Gäste nimmt. Ich habe immer noch diesen herrlichen Duft von getrockneten Früchten in der Nase, wenn ich an den Orange-Wein denke. Georgien, ich komme wieder und Fabio, dich besuche ich dann sicher auch wieder. Von Herzen danke für dieses unvergesslich tolle Erlebnis.

Great winery. Beautiful location with such a nice atmosphere. The owner really knows a lot about the process and Georgian culture! Recommended if you want to find out more about the local wines, wine-making in an authentic part of Kakheti and also just have a good time!
