I called, a lady called me back with zero professionalism, so much noise in the background and just said "hello, you called me?" no introduction and did not say she was calling from Impulse Immigration. I said is this the office I called? and she later hung up without any explanation and without apologising. "Shabana" was the caller ID - do not call this office for any immigration purposes. You're calling someone that works from home and does not take their job seriously.
