Imperfect indeed
Imperfect is a great descriptor for this service. Full disclosure I have been working on the green space for over 30 years; this type of service is incredibly important but they do it so badly. Each week they “place” an order for me based on no input from me. I have to actively cancel the order, the day after it’s placed if I don’t want it or there are things I don’t want (there always are). And sometimes they still ship me and charge me for these orders, creating a huge headache. I have reached out to them multiple times asking them not to create an order for me to no avail. I’m leaving.
