Working with Mahesh has been a deeply impactful experience for me as a Director at Meta. I came in wanting to strengthen my influence and people skills, especially in how I work with and through my teams, and the progress has been meaningful and lasting.
Mahesh helped me shift how I think before changing what I do. That mindset work was the foundation for everything else. As a result, I communicate more clearly, navigate relationships with greater confidence, and get significantly more done with my teams without pushing harder. His coaching helped me see patterns, adjust my approach, and lead in a way that feels both effective and authentic.
I would highly recommend Mahesh to senior leaders who want real growth and transformation, not just tactical advice. His ability to develop leaders from the inside out has made a noticeable difference in how I lead, collaborate, and show up every day.

In 2024, I faced an unexpected setback when my company laid me off. During this difficult time, I discovered Mahesh's career and leadership coaching program. While there were no guarantees, I felt a deep sense of confidence in both the program and Mahesh's approach.
Through the program, I gained invaluable leadership insights and honed my skills in AI. More importantly, I transformed my personal brand, crafted a compelling narrative, and refined my interview stories. By the end of 2024, I secured a new role, a testament to the effectiveness of this coaching.
I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their career and leadership potential.

I was hesitant to join this program and doubted every aspect of it. I had never worked with a coach before. I am glad I did not listen to my partner and took the leap of faith. This is a phenomenal program for anyone looking to get to a senior level. I crushed every goal I had set at the beginning of the program. I realize the impact ongoing coaching and accountability can have on my career. Strong ROI on every dollar.

With over 10+ years of experience in the USA, I had successfully received multiple job offers and secured 4 positions. Prior to my time in the USA, I worked in India, where I held 3 jobs over 5 years. I have never encountered difficulties in getting interviews and securing jobs until now. However, the current IT job market in the USA is particularly challenging
After reading Yelp reviews, I decided to join Mahesh's coaching in February 2024. During our initial discussion, Mahesh assured me that with his coaching, I would surely receive 2-3 job offers, even in this tough job market. I was quite impressed and paid $5,600 for 12 sessions, which is about $466 per class.
4 out of the 12 sessions are shared with the group, and the remaining are 1:1 mock interviews. However, before joining, he never specified how many sessions would be shared and how many would be 1:1. Why would anyone want to pay $466 per session for shared sessions?
His resume and LinkedIn profile optimization did not help me get the interviews he promised, nor did his mock interviews help me secure a job.
He convinced me by saying he would refer me to big companies. I submitted my resume for one company with matching skills as per the job description, but my resume wasn't even selected.
During the sessions, he was always in a hurry to attend his next session, and I never received thorough feedback on my mock interviews.
When the 12 sessions were over, he asked me to pay an additional $5,600 to continue with the coaching. When I questioned him about not getting a job offer as promised with the previous coaching, he said, "Nobody gives a job guarantee," despite initially promising 2-3 job offers.
I hope people put honest reviews online to help others make informed decisions. Please stay away from this guy to save your money.
I'd been climbing the career ladder for two decades, each rung a hard-won victory. But as I neared the top, something was off. I'd hit a frustrating plateau, a glass ceiling with no clear escape route. That's when I met Mahesh. His straight talk was a breath of fresh air. He didn't sugarcoat the situation, instead offering a clear roadmap forward. The AHA program was my escape hatch. It wasn't just about new skills; it was about reigniting my career fire.
The results were tangible: a revamped resume, a LinkedIn profile that opened doors, the ability to craft compelling narratives, and a knack for building genuine connections with interviewers. It was like unlocking a hidden superpower. This investment was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made.
If you're stuck or ready to break through that career ceiling, I urge you to consider this program. It's more than just a course; it's a catalyst for change.

For two decades, I'd been climbing the career ladder, step by painstaking step. But as I reached a certain height, I found myself hitting a frustrating plateau. It was like staring up at a glass ceiling with no clear path to break through.

I am honored to be your coach! Your growth and resilience have been truly inspiring. We witnessed your transformation firsthand and it is commendable. Your ability to overcome challenges and embrace new perspectives is laudable. The skills you've honed in the program will propel you to even greater heights in your new leadership role. I'm incredibly proud of your accomplishments and excited to see what you achieve next.
The tech boom felt like a distant memory. Layoff notices became the new currency, and my own inbox wasn't spared. The job search that followed was a gauntlet – applications vanished into the ether, interviews ended with polite goodbyes, and my confidence dipped lower than my bank account. Just when discouragement threatened to win, a friend offered a lifeline: Mahesh's Impeccable Interview Program.
This program wasn't a one-size-fits-all interview prep course. It started with the mind. Mahesh helped me rewrite my narrative – from "laid-off" to "opportunity seeker." Suddenly, the job search wasn't a desperate scramble, but a strategic move to leverage my skills. The program then transformed my resume from a bland chronology into a compelling story of achievements. We built a personal brand that oozed confidence and expertise. Interviewing, once a nerve-wracking ordeal, became an exciting chance to showcase my value.
The cherry on top? Learning to navigate AI interview prep – a glimpse into the future of job interviews that gave me a leg up. The result? Landing a fantastic new role, even beating out an internal referral! Let's be honest, being laid off stung. But the Impeccable Interview Program turned it into an unexpected blessing. Now, I walk into this next chapter with my head held high, my skills sharper than ever, and my confidence soaring. Onwards and upwards! #layoffblessing #impeccableinterviewprogram #nevergiveup

The year the tech industry went from boom to bust, and I, like countless others, found myself staring at the layoff email. The job search that followed was a soul-crushing marathon. Applications sent, interviews flubbed, rejections piled up. My confidence dwindled faster than my savings account.
Then, a ray of hope. A friend mentioned Mahesh's Impeccable Interview Program. It wasn't just about interview skills; it was about a complete overhaul. Mindset first. Mahesh helped me rewrite the narrative in my head - from "laid-off" to "opportunity seeker." Suddenly, the job search wasn't a desperate scramble, but a strategic move. The program was a game-changer. My resume transformed from a bland chronology to a compelling story of my achievements. We crafted a personal brand that oozed confidence and expertise. Interviewing went from a nerve-wracking ordeal to an opportunity to showcase my value. I also was able to clear one of the toughest interviews beating referral and also experienced self growth which has helped me to this day.
Being laid off was a brutal blow, but the Impeccable Interview Program turned it into the best thing that could have happened. Now, I'm walking into this new chapter with my head held high, skills honed, and confidence soaring. Onwards and upwards, indeed!

I am glad that I reached out to Mahesh. I have an interview for a management position in one of the tops- notch and prestige hospitals in the northwest. I want this job and want to ensure I will nail the interview.
Although I have extensive professional experience as an RN, a job interview is one of my waterloos. Mahesh provided me with lots of helpful feedback; he explained the whys - why I should say it this way, why I should not mention it, etc. He puts things together and makes them sound professional and confident.
During our sessions, I also realized how much work I needed to do to nail a job interview. I am glad I reached out to Mahesh- it is worth it. I am confident that I will pass the interview with flying colors.
Mahesh delivers a best-in-class experience to his clients. I have worked with him for over five years and have seen the results in my mindset and skillset. He has always prepared me for what lies ahead while I accelerate my growth in the corporate world. Mahesh has been in C-suite and leadership roles; learning from him is a unique experience.
