Wow this was top notch service! I attended for a pelvic ultrasound several weeks ago. The location was great, parking was easy on the road. The communication from start to finish was 10/10 - I had an email, text, a video welcoming me to the appointment and when I arrived the receptionist was very pleasant and the lady doing the scan was super pleasant too. The centre was immaculate, so clean, very relaxing music too. I was so shocked when I asked how long to get the results, I was told later that day! Wow! Sure thing, my results with loads of details and pictures arrived on email later that day with a copy sent to my doctor too! I cannot recommend this place enough. They deserve 10 stars in my eyes. Well done!

Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in! We have been at the Bristol clinic 3 times already. We arrived early on our last visit, and we were called in early. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Absolutely great service! Love the photos we received, very good quality. 4D scan experience was absolutely amazing and next level. Loved every moment! Definitely recommend!

I visited the clinic for a 4D scan and I’m so glad I did as it was absolutely magical watching my baby. I brought my 8 year old daughter too and she was amazed. The staff were lovely and the lady doing my scan was very patient as the first time round my baby wasn’t showing her face so I come back two days later and we caught the images she we wanted. The 4D scan included 5 pictures, a magnet and a key ring and I will honestly treasure it all forever. It was definitely worth the money! Thankyou.

My partner has had four scans here because the hospital only offers two for straightforward cases. Each visit has been consistently pleasant, from the warm reception to the thorough scans. During our last scan, concerns were identified about our baby's belly and amniotic fluid levels. We appreciate the sonographer taking the time to contact the hospital's day assessment unit for further evaluation, which made things much easier for us. Thank you for being a part of our pregnancy journey.

Lovely friendly staff, environment comfortable. Would have liked clearer photos or rescheduled appointment as baby wasn’t in the mood! Overall, would recommend though.

Very friendly staff! Clean environment. Excellent set up of USS room with two large screens for myself and my partner to view. Detailed explanation from sonographer which was really nice. Also we had to change the day at short notice due to feeling unwell and it was no trouble at all for the clinic to accommodate that. Due to road works nearby we were running late - the clinic was quick to answer the phone and there was no problem with the time. Very understanding.

Staff was very friendly and nice, and made sure I had my appointment even though was running late due to traffic. The atmosphere is very relaxing especially in the scan room. Overall very good experience.

Absolutely loved the experience. I went for the early re-assurance scan as I was worried. My mind was totally put at ease, everything was explained thoroughly to me. The staff were amazing. Thank you. I've now booked my bundle because they were so fantastic!
