Lovely friendly staff, environment comfortable. Would have liked clearer photos or rescheduled appointment as baby wasn’t in the mood! Overall, would recommend though.

Went into my scan 45 minutes late, it felt rushed as she was clearly behind and catching up. Recorded a special moment I thought I could cherish forever of my little girl closing her eyes while the room lit up blue. 4 weeks later we find out the lady told us the wrong gender. I know these things happen but it’s highly annoying when you’ve spent 100’s of pounds on the wrong coloured things. We haven’t even had a Sorry yet either just constant emails asking me to rate my experience of my last scan when they rescanned me to confirm they got the gender wrong, well seeing as so you keep asking for my review and experience here it is I’m utterly annoyed and gutted and £100’s of pounds out of pocket. Also to mention while we were sat on the sofa extremely upset about the wrong gender waiting to re rescanned the two women working were stood in the kitchen whispering about me and my partner we heard absolutely everything and the things the receptionist were saying wasn’t nice!! So unprofessional couldn’t believe it.

A wonderful experience. The environment was welcoming, the staff were friendly and patient. The sonographer was so lovely. She took the time to explain everything on the screen.

Very friendly staff! Clean environment. Excellent set up of USS room with two large screens for myself and my partner to view. Detailed explanation from sonographer which was really nice. Also we had to change the day at short notice due to feeling unwell and it was no trouble at all for the clinic to accommodate that. Due to road works nearby we were running late - the clinic was quick to answer the phone and there was no problem with the time. Very understanding.

Had a great appointment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in early and sonography was very gentle and took her time.I will return at a later for a 4d scan 🥰

Staff was very friendly and nice, and made sure I had my appointment even though was running late due to traffic. The atmosphere is very relaxing especially in the scan room. Overall very good experience.

We went to the Gloucester branch for our gender reveal and it was so special! The staff are amazing and so patient. The whole experience was lovely, having our family there to watch the room turn blue was very emotional. 100% recommend Imaginatal!

I was a bit nervous for the scan simply because I was not feeling much movement and wanted to know baby was okay. The sonographer explained why that could be and took the time to explain what we were seeing. We loved our visit and would definitely recommend for any expecting mothers, the staff are brilliant!

Had multiple scans at this branch and can truly say that they provide the best service ever. Sonographer Rochelle is great and explains scans in detail, making sure you are comfortable and looked after. They have loyalty scheme and different packages which makes it very affordable compared to other local competitors. Highly recommended!
