Becca did a wonderful job with my updated hair color. She is so knowledgeable and skilled with hair care. She is the only person I will allow to cut and color my hair! I drive two hours to get her expertise. I can’t express enough my satisfaction with her services. Becca is the Goat!
I had a wonderful experience with Hailey and rescheduled with her. Then I received a phone call that Hailey was no longer there and that I could be scheduled with another stylist, Mia. I confirmed that I was rescheduled with Mia And received multiple appointment reminders. When I showed up at the salon for my appointment, which is on the day of our Christmas party I’m told that I was scheduled with hailey, who is no longer there. Horrible customer service.
Amaya always does a wonderful job of understanding how to cut and style my hair. Once again, I had an excellent experience with Amaya helping me get the best haircut for me. Several months ago, she recommended an organic shampoo and conditioner and explained the best way to use the conditioner. There is a distinct improvement in the texture and thickness of my grey, thinning hair. Each time I go to her for a haircut she refines the cut to make it easier for me to style it myself at home. Amaya also has a gentle manner and makes me feel comfortable.
Matthew always understands the assignment and does an excellent job. Ever since I moved to Temecula nobody else has ever touched my hair, even when I go back home (to Brazil) I don’t need a touch up because I completely trust him! Girl, finding “the” hairdresser is like finding a good husband but better 🌟 and he gives the best hair scalp-massage, told ya 🤣
