Great front desk people at Hilton Times Square! Hotel was nice, very close to subways and attractions. Slight delay in getting into my room, but Raquel Woods to the rescue! She was great at the front desk: kind, thoughtful, and attentive. She was a bright spot on the trip!

Don't stay here, except the location is good and the bar is OK. Overpriced, broken airco, mold in the bathroom, watertap loose from the wall and charging USD 650,00.. It was kind of clean, but everything looked pretty old. Only good thing was the location.

Exceptional Service at Hilton Times Square I had a reservation for 12/11 but due to a delay and payment issues with my travel agent, I arrived on 12/12 to find my booking had been canceled. When I approached the front desk, Raquel went above and beyond to help me. Her calm demeanor and pleasant attitude immediately put me at ease. She quickly sorted out the issue and reinstated my reservation, making me feel truly welcomed in the U.S. Raquel’s professionalism and kindness turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Hilton Times Square, for having such an outstanding team member!

"You're a diamond, this is Hilton, you have options. It's your stay." Raquel, Front Desk Facilitator, Hilton 234, NYC. As a Lifetime Diamond, naturally I would expect the highest level of exceptional service from Hilton. But what I didn't expect was Ms. Raquel, Hilton's hospitality aficionado, whose matchless talents far exceeds the mediocre offerings of the everyday hotel front desk personnel. Raquel's official title, as I later found out, is Customer Engagement and Resource Facilitator; where others ponder possibilities, she produces results. Where most other hotel managers might inconclusively address an issue, it is Raquel's gift to execute with uncompromising finality. Unlike many front desk managers in New York, she knows how to get you where you are going. By the time you reach the lobby, your travel directions are waiting for you. She coordinates with the expeditious bellmen to ensure your baggage is secured, your vehicle is waiting and your driver is clear on how to get you where you need to go. Raquel knows that business travel can be stressful. Patrons will sometimes present anxious, agitated and uncomfortably rude (like I did). However, once you meet Raquel, you won't leave that way. Her professional personality is definitively comforting, reassuring and beneficial. My breathing normalized as I stepped into the spiking chill of NY city; oddly, I was warmed by the inviting hospitality of this professional's front desk expertise. My advice to the vacationers and business family alike: leverage your stay with this quintessential hallmark of a great hotel. It's the people that build the brand, that make it memorable, that make the difference. Hilton 234 is a staple; a pinnacle, towering amid its competitors. Purtroppo la mia esperienza è molto negativa. Valutazione online della vettura Richiesta e conferma appuntamento a quasi 300 km di distanza Poi ricevo una e. mail in cui si scrive che non trattano veicoli come il mio. Allora la domanda viene spontanea, è un'autovettura serza danni, comunissima, perché viene valutata, confermato l'appuntamento se è un veicolo che non rientra tra quelli che trattano: Opel Mokka!

Decent place to stay, but... Do NOT eat the buffet for breakfast. It isn't very pleasant. $60.00 for a deplorable meal. The only thing I enjoyed was the water.

First time to NYC did not disappoint!!! This was our first trip to NYC and when I tell you I was nervous! But the most amazing trip to New York City started before we even got there. I called a few days before arrival just to try to get the lay of the land and get some of my questions answered that is where I met Ashley who is the operations manager for the Hilton Times Square. I have never met a kinder soul in my life. She was able to answer all of the questions that I had and really put my mind at ease before we even got there. Upon arrival utilizing the valet parking was smooth and all of the staff was very friendly. Check-in was seamless as we utilized the digital key on the Hilton app. Upon arrival and getting settled into our room we were fortunate enough to meet ashley. And she was even more fantastic in person. Our room was spotless and when I tell you that I go through a hotel room with a fine tooth comb I mean that we stay in a lot of hotels as we travel for our children's activities so I am very cautious to not bring back any friends with me. (If you know what I mean) Down to the mattresses and everything in between everything was clean and well placed. The view is something that is unmatched that you're not going to find anywhere else. Also we ate breakfast at the hotel and the amount of options that they had was incredible. It was a great way to start each day feeling refreshed and ready to take on the busy New York streets. Overall I don't think I can give this hotel high enough rating. If you want to stay in the heart of Times square and you want to enjoy friendly staff from the minute you step into the hotel until the time that you leave stay at the Hilton Times square you will not be disappointed. As far as price goes when you think about prices in New York it's pretty reasonable. I have no complaints about the price that we paid because there were hotels charging double and they had zero view. Another thing was even though we were in the heart of Times square you heard the occasional honking but we had no trouble going to sleep and staying asleep and always level was minimal which I was really surprised about because I was expecting to not get any sleep because of how busy everything was but truly you could barely hear anything so that was a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to go back and experience even more incredible things in New York thank you so much Hilton Times Square for the amazing experience and for making my daughter's 13th birthday one for the books.

Not as great as the typical Hilton I would not recommend staying here. I prepaid on TripAdvisor and the hotel charged me again at checkout, and it has been a hassle trying to get a refund over the past month. I also paid $50 for early check in, but the room they gave us still had dirty dishes and smelled like body odor so they gave us a lesser accommodation and claimed it was of “similar value”, but it clearly was not. They also charge you if you want to check your bags at checkout ($5/bag).

Perfect Holidays at Hilton Times Square !!!!! We were for 2 weeks holidays in New York!!Hilton Times Square was the perfect choice I did!!!Perfect location ..Times Square in 3 minutes all you have to see you can walk easy to all locations!!!Staff excellent ....also Breakfast was great all you need to start your day!!Personally I want to Thank Mrs Marianne she made our holidays perfect she had arranged all we needed for this 2 weeks!!!Thank you all and we will be back for sure!!!

Wonderful bar Went to grab some drinks with some friends at the bar in the lobby. Bar had a wide variety of options and the bar staff of James, Walcott, Joseph and Bobur were fantastic and attentive. Will definitely return in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Hilton New York Times Square My lady Gloria and I stayed here over the long holiday weekend, and the Hilton New York Times Square exceeded every expectation. The renovation is stunning, the rooms are genuinely spacious (rare for NYC), and the entire property was spotless. The views from our room were absolutely incredible — the kind of classic New York skyline moments you can’t fake. Every staff interaction was warm and professional. Special shoutouts to Ashley (hotel manager), Robert (bar manager), Angel and Raquel at the front desk, and Ignacio at the door — each of them went above and beyond and made our stay feel personal. Breakfast service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and fast — though the pastries were a bit stale. On the other hand, all of the grab-and-go items and the food at the bar were fantastic and absolutely hit the spot throughout the weekend. Location-wise, you’re close to everything but still feel tucked away from the chaos once you’re inside. Overall: fantastic stay. Huge rooms, great service, immaculate spaces, and unbeatable views. We’ll absolutely be back.
