GOOD NYC STAY
Lobby on 21st floor, one night stay corner room larger than expected, hotel is clean breakfast is pricey but Hilton Gold gets $36 credit to offset. No problems at all.

Esperienza pessima acquistata auto e mai usata la macchina presenta problemi che non vengono risolti è un continuo rimpallo tra me e il venditore inoltre c'è la garanzia dovrò purtroppo tutelarmi con un avvocato
Early Check In Miscommunication
We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always had a great time. We felt the same way this time around. The only exception was at check in. I have Hilton Honors and am able to check in through the app the day prior to check in. Usually our room isn't ready the next day until 3-4 o'clock but we were very happy to get a text on the day of check in that our room was ready by 12:30pm. By the time we arrived at the hotel, we went to check in and I showed the gentleman the text I had received that our room was ready. At first the man told us that it was ready, but that didn't mean we could go up to it since check in wasn't technically til 4pm. I asked him again why this was the case, since I had received the text that I had the digital key and that we were all set. After a few more minutes of back and forth talking, he said that usually there is a fee for early check in but in this case, he would waive it. Not sure if there was some kind of miscommunication about the room or something, but we were just happy to be able to go up to it earlier than usual. Otherwise the stay was great and as always we'll be back.

Wonderful stay at the Hilton!
Our stay at the Hilton was incredible. The service was amazing. The group sales staff Sophia and Gary were so responsive and helpful, we really felt taken care of. The High Rise Buffet staff- Gazi, Francisco, Flakron, Cairo, Jacobo, and Sherpa were fantastic with our large group. Robert was also extremely helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at the New York Hilton Midtown and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The lobby is spacious and organized, and the hotel overall felt very professionally managed. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from the bell team. Robert and Kajo were both outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly, helped promptly with our luggage, and made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendliness immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Their service continued through our departure as well. When we checked out, Robert assisted us again with our luggage and stayed with us while we waited for our car to arrive. Having them manage our checked bags and make sure everything was taken care of made the departure just as easy and pleasant as our arrival. It’s small but meaningful touches like this that really elevate a hotel experience. Robert and Kajo were attentive, courteous, and clearly take pride in providing excellent guest service. I truly hope their efforts are recognized. Between the clean and comfortable property and the outstanding hospitality from the staff, we had a great experience overall. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to New York. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
