I took the first level of German (superintensive) with Professor Karin. She was very patient,kind, comprehensive, orderly and always willing to do dynamic activities to evaluate the knowledge learned during classes. As there is only one exam at the end of the course, her dynamics allowed us to detect our weeknesses and Strengths in order to use the time effectively and achieve excellent test results. In addition, she speaks several languages so my classmates and I could solve doubts with ease SO My review for teacher KARIN IS 5 ⭐️, SHE and her dedication to students is GREAT FOR STARTING THIS ADVENTURE WITH GERMAN🎊 For the institute i would say 3.9 ✨️ These are my reasons: * I wanted to buy the books on my own( as i had a gutschein for a bookstore) and for my thoughts i will save some money from the material, but instead they informed me they will still charge a fee of CHF50 for wifi( that i supposed should be already included), pen and notebook (15 cm × 15cm) definitely not worth it . *During the 6 weeks of my course there was not even one activity prepared by the Institute such as museum visits etc, activites that were mention when i purchase the course and for me it was worth it to pay extra if that means integration and practice of the language (even when is low level) outside class *The space in the classroom was enough and confortable but outside that, in case you want to practice before or after class, maybe read your material, tutoring or whatever that comes to mind, the space does not exist, they informed me is not common to use the empty classrooms so that was a shame. But this items i mentioned could be easily improved as the institute is the only one i found in town with the superintensive course and without long holidays, i think is good for people that want to learn fast, you will cover the material completely and in case your group is fast too, you could even enjoy extra material provided by teacher.

Ich habe die Prüfung gemacht, alles war gut, ohne Stress . Ein Lehrer ist ungefähr 24 Jahre alt, er leitet eine Prüfung (18.05.), er war sehr nett und süß (Sie sind der Beste)🤭😊

During the exam, room 1 that I got. It would be nice if we can see the time during our exam. Because I always have to ask long do we have left.. As well as during Writing test. The examiner or whoever in charge in that room to control and assisted us, He just told us Now time is begin. And Time is up. So my suggestion… it would be nice if he tells us like , we got 3 or 5 minutes left so we can organise ourselves better. Or… maybe put the big watch in front so we all can see the time… not on the side of the walls room. The rest was fine.

Aufgrund der vertrauenserweckenden Website habe ich online einen Sprachkurs gebucht. Ausser einer automatischen Bestätigung habe ich keinerlei Nachricht bekommen. Auf mehrere Emailanfragen zum Beginn des Kurses etc. habe ich auch nie eine Antwort bekommen. Kurz vor dem angekündigten Beginn des Kurses wurde mir dann in einer nicht-personalisierten Email mitgeteilt, dass er der Kurs ausfällt. Als Ersatz wurde mir in der Mail angeboten, mich doch zu einem späteren Datum für einen Deutschkurs anzumelden. Es war bei mir aber gar nicht um einen Deutschkurs gegangen, sondern um eine andere Sprache. Die Mail, in der mir ein Deutschkurs angeboten wurde, enthielt übrigens Rechtschreibefehler. Zum Glück hatte ich die Kursgebühren noch nicht überwiesen; selten so einen seltsamen Umgang mit Kund:innen erlebt. Weiter unten in diesen Google-Bewertung gibt dieses Unternehmen übrigens freimütig zu, dass es sich für 50-CHF-Gutscheine positive Google-Bewertungen kauft. Brauch ich wohl nichts weiter zu sagen.
