Illumia has left a veiled threat reply based on a factual review I gave regarding my experience with their facial packages. This is the establishment you are dealing with. You will have to negotiate long and hard just to attain what you were sold, and then get threatened.
Since they brought up the laser, I was sold a pico+yellow laser 10 sessions package for faster fading of acne spots, not for removing pigments totally, as their reply claimed (how misleading). Did not see improvements after the sessions and they claimed 3 sessions would not be enough to show effects. I have been to another place and within 1-2sessions, effects could be seen. They wanted me to switch to a more expensive laser for better effects, but I declined. The laser package was swapped with facial package, since I was not dissatisfied with the actual facials.

The staff were professional and friendly, and the treatments were effective and well-explained. I did Pico laser and CO2 laser in May 2024 and I can see tremendous improvement on my skin conditions.
I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!
Been Dr Ram’s patient for a few years, treatments were always done professionally with min/almost zero pain. Staff at Illumia are friendly and approachable too. Illumia’s highly recommended without doubt 👍👍

Started to have dark spots and freckles after giving birth and this bothers me quite abit. Thankful for the doctors recommendation and with the treatment provided, I can see improvements and the freckles and dark spots are clearing up!
