Nice place easy to work with

We had such a fantastic experience at Charl’s Airbnb. We all wished we could live there forever! It was a great space, centrally located, very safe, and with fantastic views. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

We had a amazing time in Cape Town. The house is wonderful and has a beautiful view, exactly like in the photos. The location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions. Charl was very attentive throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this hosting.

Wow what a place, what a view. My wife, my son and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting family. The attention to detail across all rooms was amazing. Charl and Violet were great communicators and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend staying here as the penthouse is very secure. We hired a car as we wanted to travel around the Cape area but you could just get around using Ubers.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Cape Town! The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures and its location is perfect as you are a quick Uber to anywhere in the city and Lions Head/Table Mountain. Will definitely rent again when we return to Cape Town.

Charl's property is a fantastic option for large families and groups. It is close enough to the city center and yet away from it all. Great amenities, fantastic views and Charl was very gracious by offering a bunch of food items and toiletries to make the stay truly comfortable. The property is very spacious and it has nice nooks and corners to make the most of even just staying in. We had an outstanding holiday and staying at Charl's place truly was a big part of the experience.

Charl’s home was amazing! The house is beautifully designed and has everything you’d need. Charl was so nice and responsive and greeted us at check-in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending this Airbnb to our friends and family!

Wir durften ein paar Tage im Penthouse von Charl verbringen und sowohl Lage, Ausstattung und Aussicht in vollen Zügen genießen.

Great penthouse and a great host. Super responsive to every call we made to him and his team. Superb house indeed, well equipped with almost everything. Our only bad experience was the sewage stench in our bedroom which continued to go through to all bedroom on the ground floor.. it’s a serious problem as you can’t sleep in the sewage fumes. Keeping the door open means noise from neighbours in the morning and no sleeping in. I think it’s nothing Charl and team can’t sort out as it’s truly unbearable. Second gripe for me is the lack of shaving plugs in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are too minimalistic for my liking. The shower water pressure also needs to be improved. It’s too low. Other than that, I’ll book the place one more time. Should the above be fixed. Well done to Charl, Violet & Theo

Great place, great host, great staff..

Very beautiful work of architecture, aesthetically pleasing, lovely scenery from the penthouse, decent environment and lots of balconies which guarantee privacy even when in groups. Check-in was very smooth, very nice hospitality endowed personnel(Hi Violet & Theo).Definitely going to be my number one spot whenever considering a place for peaceful stay at Seapoint.
