Great apartment for visiting London
☺ Great location easy access to the public transport network. I was traveling with elderly people so the lift was a saviour. The apartment was well furnished and basic cooking equipment etc provided. Apartment was clean and tidy no issues also the motion activated lights in the hallway leading to the bathroom were a great feature there was an overall excellent apartment and very easy check in experience
☹ Little areas I believe would benefit from some improvement. Bed linen wasn't the greatest and I found it to be quite rough but usable a simmer switch in the living room would be a nice addition as spotlights were very bright maybe some small touches like some bedside lamps or pictures on the wall would be beneficial

Perfect for a convenient location for exploring London
☺ The apartment was clean. There were plenty of towels and bedding and it was easy to control the temperature. The car parking was secure (not guaranteed a parking spot) it was very close to the Elizabeth line for easy access into central London
☹ There were no provisions of tea or coffee which would have been nice.
Our door entry system didn’t work when we returned from a day out and we had to go over to reception twice. The staff were very helpful though.

☺ Opted for a double bed and a sofa bed. Sofa bed had some stains on it

Lots of restaraunts and shops nearby
☹ Sofa bed was a little dirty. A few more pillows needed. Walls are quite thin so you can hear everyone else banging about
