☺ I like the service provided by the staff at the counter. He genuinely upgraded our room and also provided us with free breakfast. It was such a pleasant experience.

Absolutely awful; do not, and I must emphasise, DO NOT BOOK HERE! I don't make these accusations lightly, but it's likely to be a money laundering scheme. Insanely overpriced for what a group of us got in Stratford in Apr 25:
•Staff on the phone were trying to quote us higher prices than on Airbnb
•Electric stove didn't heat properly,
•Bathroom drain kept clogging and the sink was full ALL WEEK. •Beds were awful and thin (bought as cheaply as possible)
•Boiler instructions didn't match the boiler meaning we didn't have hot water the entire week
•Very unhelpful staff on the phone, don't refer or action ANYTHING.
•Manager hasn't replied to my request for a 25% refund (generous imo) at all and it's been weeks and weeks --> I'm referring it upwards to a citizens advice complaint

☺Het was een verschrikkelijk appartement. Het bestek, de pannen en koppen waren ongewassen in de kast gezet! Dit gemeld bij de organisatie, die hebben er vervolgens niks aan gedaan. Echt een afrader!
