Needed some boiler and underfloor heating pipes replacing due to corrosion (WD3)
From first contact and quote, to completion of the job, the team were professional, reliable and courteous throughout. Our engineer worked tirelessly for around 4 hours to fix the issues, and did a clean and great job with the repair.

Dave at IGass is the best plumber ever.
Have been using him for over four years and each time the service has been fantastic.
I'm due a 60th birthday party in 2 days which was in danger of being cancelled when my boiler started banging and then stopped working.Dave worked out of hours to get us up and running again - then phoned us the next day to check that everything was still functioning.
Plumbing with caring, and a great service can fully recommend.

I watched an IGASS Ltd van drive very dangerously along the A109. Driver deliberately accelerated right next to a cyclist on a wide road where he could have given space. Says a lot about the company and their attitude.

broken mains water pipe (HP16)
I can't praise Dave enough. He came out of hours to fix a holed mains water pipe and then came back again the next day to finish the job off. It was a vile day - cold and wet - and the pipe was not easy to access. He was cheerful and got the job done brilliantly.

I recently had a problem with my boiler making loud banging noise and called out my boiler breakdown service company, who could not rectify the issue. They were able to diagnose the issue as sludge build up in the underfloor heating system which was connected to the central heating system and needed a power flush. The underfloor heating was the reason why the boiler breakdown service company would not do a power flush and suggested an external contractor.
I got in touch with Dave at IGass who immediately came and did a whole system power flush and adjusted all the radiators, which for years were giving us a problem. The system now works like a dream and the heating is extremely efficient. To give an example, my heating would be on for 10-14 hours daily before the power flush and adjustments. Now, everything running at the same settings before the power flush and radiator adjustment, the heating is on for a maximum of 2-4 hours a day. All the rooms are nice and warm and no cold sections in the house.
In conclusion, I would recommend IGass as completely efficient in the work they undertake and there will be no disappointment at all. A personal “thanks” to Dave for the service which you gave us.

Repair and service of boilers (WD7)
IGass is the most trustworthy plumber I have ever used. They turn up on time, really know their stuff, do a great job with repairs and make helpful suggestions that save you money. They are also very tidy workers and never leave any mess behind. Easy to deal with, Jenny in the office is super efficient too and was able to react quickly to an emergency call out. Can highly recommend.

I have had a number of leaks over the last year. Where I needed urgent help. Dave was brilliant and remapped his schedule (where possible).... He knows his stuff, deals with issues quickly, clears up after himself and above most trades people I have had the unpleasure of meeting at times, is friendly courteous and helpful. It just makes it easier to recommend him!

Thanks for the fast efficient service! We called IGass and they came out next day to find the cause of the problem. Ordered a part that day and fitted it a couple of days later ???? we would definitely recommend you to friends and family and will use you again if we have a problem. Dave really is one in a million-not only is he lovely and extremely professional. He has helped us with many plumbing issues at our funeral directors and also our personal home.
