Ideal Tech's personnels are full of passion and very knowledgeable. They answered my queries quite promptly before I made my order. They gave practical advice on my build configuration and provided online credit card payment option. PC was built, tested and delivered to my doorstep within a few days after payment made. No additional charge for delivery to my premise. After sales technical support is excellent. There was a compatibility issue of the mobo with my Logitech wireless bolt dongle (the Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse were bought elsewhere as Ideal Tech not selling the model of my choice, otherwise the issue should had been detected during testing before delivery. So it is advisible to buy full set PC components from them) causing no display signal to monitor during boot up after overnight shutdown. I sent the PC back to the nearest branch for troubleshooting, and it has taken quite some times to nail down the root cause. Along the way, they WhatsApp me from time to time to update the findings and actions taken. Once the root cause was identified to be with the mobo, options of alternative mobo were provided, and I exchanged to another mobo brand by topping up the price different. They also fine tuned the fans speed so that my PC can now operate quietly without any noticeable fan noise while still keeping the temperature at low level.

As a former staff here, I would say Idealtech is one of the best pc retail businees out there if were compared to others. Their ‘direction’ and efforts to give best after sales services to customer are applaudable. Highly recommendable to whom can work independently with minimum supervision here as they also value and care about their staff here (great boss and collegues).

Good service and fast response time. The ordering process is quick and easy although I requested certain customization to one of their promotional packages.
One thing to note is that I got different response to the same question when I contacted them via different channels. Understandably different channels are handles by different staffs but it is good to know that some of them are more accommodating and friendly.
