Integrity is hard earned, and quickly lost.
I contacted Ideal Siding Langley for some work. They sent out an estimator who looked at our house. He didn't take measurements. Then....crickets.
I sent a respectful kindly worded emails asking for a status update on a quote.
Heard nothing back.
I sent a follow up email a couple weeks later.
No response.
Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Update: Took them SIX months to respond to this review. It is the first response since they first came to my house. YIKES!

25 year workmanship warranty meaning less. Had my home siding replaced in 2022, work was to take 3 possibly 4 weeks but took 11 weeks with only one worker with a long ladder lifting heavy Hardy by himself up to 2 stories. Nine months later during heavy rain, water poured into my living room. Calls to the company are ignored, I get told that someone will show up to check it out but no one ever comes. It's now going on 2 years and every time I call, they apologize and tell me that some one will get in touch but no one ever does. My last call was 2 weeks ago and still no contact. I hired this company because of all the great reviews. I now think that the good reviews are fake, be careful and think twice before hiring Ideal siding. My project cost me $60,000.oo plus another $10,000 in home damage.

Joe Chang is an excellent project manager. He did a quote, communicated with construction team, our own contractor, and kept us updated throughout. Remember to put some contingency funds aside. The siding quote doesn't include permits for garbage bins (Joe helped us with finding a disposal contractor, saving us money!), and any other carpentry work will be extra. Our house had unforeseen issues with windows and foundation. Joe, Martin, and Harry did beautiful job on framing the windows and gutters. Recommend 👍

I highly recommend Ideal Siding. We were very impressed with the professionalism, the quality of the product and the diligence and responsiveness of the project manager Vladimir. The team arrived promptly every morning, did a thorough clean up every day and completed the project on time. The pricing was fair, although not inexpensive.
