From the quote process through to delivery, we were regularly communicated with about potential solutions and recommendations on how to maximize value. As the work was completed, Kevin regularly checked in and provided progress reports. The team was friendly, worked extremely hard, and was great at problem solving, including how to best locate our fiber internet cables and securing our hot water heater. Scheduled an appointment. Cancelled it the day of then rescheduled the appointment. Then tells me on the day of new appointment that I'm outside his service area. Awful customer service..
